Pros:

The location, super close to train station and Westfield. The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

I have never complained about accommodation before in my life. Here is a list of everything wrong:
-dirty everything (curry in microwave, splash back, kitchen cupboards) all furniture covered in dust or dirty child hand prints, sauce on table, blood on toilet seat and vanity, verandah covered in leaves and dirt, laundry a mess, apartment smelt
-50 minute after check in time wait to enter our room
-foyer covered in someone's spilt milkshake for at least 5 hours
-difficult to communicate/understand receptionist
-failure to advise us of change in reception number upon checking in to be able to call reception to advise on state of room
-cleaners spent 45 mins while we were trying to get ready re-cleaning our apartment
-completely run down, broken toilet seat and bathroom accessories (which could have been overlooked if it wasn't such a disgusting mess)

Pros:

Location is perfect. Right in the centre of everything!

Cons:

The unit was unclean. Cold water tap in bathroom didn’t work (wouldn’t even turn). Bath towel was ragged (torn) and half bottle of water in the fridge, but no milk for coffee. Cook top was left unclean

VERY DISAPPOINTING

Cons:

We checkin at 1230 leaving our luggage to attend family function.We returned at 1830 & could not enter hotel as reception was closed.We werent informed on checkin & no entry code provided.We spent next 3 hours trying to gain access to rm1101 where our luggage was.Finally around 10pm staff member arrived to get us to our room

Pros:

Great location close to transport. Room was as spacious as we needed

Cons:

The bed was terrible, either springs were broken or just old but nearly touched the floor on one side when you sat on it and the other side closest to window too hard. Only had half a roll of toilet paper for our 4 day stay and no batteries in bedroom TV remote. Very dirty around doors and windows

Our stay was wonderful!
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful! The room was big, spacious, and perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen amenities and the very comfortable bed, which made our stay even more relaxing.

The location was also very convenient since it is near the train station, making it easily accessible. It is also close to a shopping center and several kids’ activity areas, which was a huge plus for us as we were traveling with a toddler.

The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to all our needs throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to visit again in the near future.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Sebel Chatswood. My kids loved the room. it was perfect for a family with young children. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. Check‑in was smooth, and even though we arrived after hours, the staff were very helpful.
