Pros:

The location was great, beds were great

Cons:

The oven didn’t work. We were on the 15th floor and there was only one lift, while waiting for it to get to us on our floor or in the lobby it would often sound like it was moving it would make a noise then just not open. We also tried to call reception after waiting 10mins for the lift to work. But the phone in our room did not work. The lift eventually worked.

Cons:

건물 자체에 곰팡이 냄새와 썩은 냄새가 너무 심해서 있는 동안 숨쉬기가 힘들 정도였다. 아이들과 같이 있었는데 건강이 걱정이 될 정도였다. 절대 다시는 여기는 이용하지 않을거다. 그렇다고 가격이 저렴하지도 않다. 여긴 최악이였다.

Great location, large accommodation for families. Bit pricey for 1 night
Pros:

Massive room, superb location, very comfortable beds.

Cons:

After paying for breakfast, they didn't specify beforehand that its actually off site. One of the bathrooms had a foul smell. It states free parking but had to pay 30 dollars on arrival.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Apartment was very spacious with a big balcony and a great view.

Pros:

I got a whole lot more than I expected in regard to size and spaces but the apartment needs a refresh. Everything is starting to turn that slight yellow colour like a smokers teeth, and some worn items need fixing or replacing. Having said all that, I would stay again.

Great location. Run down hotel.
Pros:

Location was amazing.

Cons:

It was very run down. Stains on the curtains and the couch. Unable to lock the outside doors. One of the bases of the single bed had sunk in. Bathrooms had mould and build up. The plug for the bath was dirty.

Great spacious apartment in perfect central location
Pros:

Great spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and full kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Very comfortable beds and amazing view of Sydney. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Chatswood with the shopping centre at the front door, heaps of food and shopping options and train station super close.

Cons:

There was no reception staff when we arrived which made the check in process a little difficult. We got it sorted after multiple phone calls but could have been prevented if staff were available in person. In the room we were only provided with 3 towels despite booking for 4 people. The shower was very temperamental and not easy to get a good temperature.
