Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage am Hafen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett, Essen sehr gut. Wir mussten aus familiären Gründen frühzeitig abreisen, das Hotel war sehr hilfsbereit, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir planen, wiederzukommen!

Wir haben unsere vier Tage auf Sylt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel Fährhaus jederzeit empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bis 12 Uhr mittags möglich, was wir im Urlaub sehr genossen haben.

Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit Defiziten beim Personal
Pros:

Frühstück war gut
Ausreichendes Angebot
Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt

Cons:

Personal wirkte oft überfordert.
Führungspersonal sehr überheblich. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass der Gast "König" ist!!
Speisen wurden oft nur nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt.

Diesmal leider etwas gemischtes Erlebnis, zumal die ewigen jährlichen Preiserhöhungen nerven.
Pros:

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren im Fährhaus und immer ist es ein Erlebnis. Exzellent wieder das Frühstück. Beim Restaurant war diesmal Luft nach oben. Nicht gut war dass es jeden Tag ein unveränderte Speisekarte gab. Das passt nicht zu einem Hotel dieser 5 Sterne-Kategorie.

Cons:

Die vielen Fluktuationen beim Servicepersonal habe ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Das war schon mal besser. Ausnahme: Das Service Team beim Frühstück.
Nach wie vor eine Frechheit finde ich, dass man den Nachmittagskaffee bezahlen muss. Die Qualität der Kuchen hat sich zudem deutlich verschlechtert .

Schon zum 10.mal auf der Insel und immer im Hotel Fährhaus. Das sagt alles.
Pros:

Das Frühstückbuffet - wie immer, traumhaft. Grosse Auswahl an Speisen und vor allem das Frühstück auf der Veranda- immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Super Bedienung, sehr aufmerksame Kellner.
Wir haben auch 2,mal das Nachtessen im Hotel genossen. Auch hier, beide Male sehr gut gegessen. Gute Weine (unser Favorit ist auch dabei - der Veran aus Mallorca)
Die Lage des Hotels am Wattenmeer- auch immer ein Erlebnis. Schöne Sonnenaufgänge.
