Room was spacious clean. river view was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic
Pillows could of been firmer. Would of liked bottled water for tea making facilitates
Top marks for the housekeeping team: our room was as spotlessly clean as any hotel I've ever stayed in at any price (£1,000 tops since you ask). Also, this Hilton sported the quietest air-conditioning I've encountered: essential (bordering on life-saving!) when it's a humid 33 degrees outside and the room has no opening windows. Front of house (Tim) was terrific. Plus, it's worth requesting and/or paying for a room with huge picture windows views over the Tees river.
This is a very singular hotel. Don't stay here if you're after a romantic get-away. It offers the very barest minimum of teabags (2) and coffee straws (2) and milk (rudimentary sachets) and it's devoid of all non-essentials such as bathrobes, a fancy coffee machine, a fridge/minibar, notepaper, complimentary bottled water and biscuits, and even a toilet brush! However, if you're looking for something right in the heart of Stockton (maybe for business?) with space to spare for unfolding your laptop for a teams meeting, then it definately fits the bill.
Cleanliness, breakfast was good
Staff were rude. Except from a couple of staff members.

Norhing
Had a really good stay at Hampton by Hilton, the room is a good size with a decent shower and great large flat screen modern tv, breakfast was also good, pillows were were really soft but some people might like that, no room service and car park was full but there is a free car park right next door you just need to be out by 9am
The property was clean.
The beds were uncomfortable, and there was no water in the room. I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't give you water daily. The breakfast was not great, and the staff looked irritated that they had to help you or just waited around to clean up. The staff was not great, they seemed annoyed to be helping. A few were nice, but many just seemed miserable. Too bad, it's in an accessible location.
Lack of food choice
Staff and breakfast good, rooms were very good
Paid parking onsite and bed was small
Great breakfast,easy check in,great stay
Great location , lovely room with great views. Nice breakfast, friendly staff
The room wasn’t ready when we checked in after 3pm and it had to be altered . I did remind them I had paid for a river view ! This was quickly sorted and the room we were given was lovely
