Impeccable Service and a stone throw away from River Tees
Pros:

- Andrew, Front Of House Guest Services Manager, has provided impeccable services in resolving my parking issues with Smart Parking.
- Room was spacious with a view of beautiful River Tees.
- Good location; a 5 mins walk to The Globe Theatre.
- I felt safe staying in the hotel. Entrance to the hotel lobby is locked at a pre-set time requiring guests’ to enter the hotel with their room access cards.

- Toothbrushes were only provided upon request
- No complimentary bottles of water
