Pros:

Přespávám zde pravidelně. Úroveň hotelu a služby jsou na vysoké úrovni a tak není problém ani umístění mimo centrum Olomouce.

Hotel pěkný, tomu nejde vytknout nic..

…problém je personál, který od začátku vypadá, že ho obtěžujete, na 4* neprofesionální. Co se týče fitka, šokovala mě “instruktáž”, že se tam nesmí házet s váhami, že na to není budova stavěná. Dále když jsem se zeptal, jestli to pití mám zaplatit hned, nebo mi ho slečna napíše na účet pokoje, mi odpověděla, že s hotelem nemá nic společného. Zaplatil jsem a pak se mě zeptala na číslo pokoje… dále by člověk čekal v restauraci fitness jídla, oni tam mají vysokou gastronomii (ať mají, ale po cvičení nechci jíst steak ze svíčkové nebo chobotnici)
Snídaně… v podstatě průměrná hotelová snídaně, navíc tu jsou sáčky s Nutrend kašemi atd.. člověk nemá chuť jíst něco ze sáčku.. když mají restauraci se dvěma zlatými lvy.. tu kaši by tam mohli dělat čerstvou… další fuckup, ve 4* by si pokojská neměla nandavat snídani společně s hosty, v závěsu za ní byl kuchař a odnesl si to do kuchyně.. evidentně to nebyl vzorek snídaně do skleničky pro hygienu..
při checkoutu se nás recepční nezeptala, zda bylo všechno v pořádku.. asi je to dobře, patrně by jí to bylo jedno.

Zaměstnancům chybí nějaké základní proškolení, takhle ten hotel vypadá jako pračka peněz

Amazing hotel, clean, modern room, excelent ristorant with delicious food ala cart and also breakfast.Staff in the restaurant was extremely careful we dont miss nothing, even manager of restaurant was always present , very polite and absolutely professional.
As bonus we receive 20% discount in Nutrend shop just next to reception.
We paid extra for welness but it worth money.

Pros:

Krásný hotel, výborné fitness a úžasné snídaně. Personál vstřícný a milý.

Cons:

Na venkovní zahrádce nelze kouřit elektronické cigarety. Uvnitř samozřejmě rozumím a chápu, ale venku jsem nebyla jediná koho to překvapilo.
