Extremely disappointing end to our stay due to hostile, unprofessional treatment and public humiliation by the breakfast
Cons:

Upon checking out on Sunday morning, we saw breakfast laid out in the lobby area and went to grab some yogurt and fruit. A staff member asked for our room number, which I provided, and we continued getting our items. She then approached me and began yelling at me in front of other guests, stating I hadn't paid for food service. I was completely unaware breakfast was an extra fee, so I immediately offered to pay.
Instead of handling it professionally, she continued to publicly shout, "That’s not the way we do it—you have to pay then get the food." I repeated multiple times that I would happily pay and asked her to please stop yelling, as it was extremely humiliating to be berated in a crowded lobby. I walked over to the front desk to settle the charge, but the attendant directed me back to her. When I returned to ask her to charge me, she continued raising her voice. I was never trying to get free food and had full intention to pay. She did apologize afterward, but by then, the damage and humiliation were done.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness was terrible—the silverware provided was filthy, with dried food residue and pieces of plastic wrap stuck to the fork. Between the hostile service and the unsanitary dining conditions, this was a deeply frustrating departure.

I stayed one night but stayed in a well sized room with a king bed. Linens and bathroom were clean bed was comfortable.

Great view, parking was only $25 or I can park free along the side road.
Pros:

Receptionist was very helpful. Location was close to many attractions including 49er stadium and great America.

Pros:

Location near the location where the meeting was held. so no waste of time traveling.

Cons:

One of the expensive hotel in Santa Clara, but the experience did not match the price tag.
Hotel lack of basic room amenities, did not provide simple essential like a toothbrush, toothpaste or body lotion. For a premium hotel, neglecting these basic personal care items is unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast ($26) was mediocre at best, offering a very limited and uninspired selection. You can find much better value and hospitality elsewhere for this price.
