Very friendly doorman.
Public carpeting is very dirty, for example in the elevators. You need to steam clean.
Location was perfect, near the best restaurants and downtown activities. Valet service was a big plus and much appreciated.
The room was small but very nice. There was MS Now which we liked!

It was a treat to take grandson for meals at the excellent restaurant.. relaxing and

Very comfortable and great location for walking to restaurants and shopping! Staff was very accommodating and the valet parking was an unexpected surprise!
Not a thing
Excellent corner room on upper floor. Nice enough view. The rooms are smaller than I thought they would be. The bathroom is toooo small. No space around sink for say a makeup kit or toiletries. The shelf below was very small and in use. But room very clean and great room service and the room was refreshed early in the day for our second night.
Too small bathroom - very clean but way too small especially for two people. With two people no place for two suitcases opened up. We were traveling for several weeks and had luggage.
