Pros:

Beautiful Hotel staff are so nice
Food Delicious.

Cons:

Very disappointed that the Air Con is on 24/7 and can not be turned off so got very little sleep for 3nights spoiled the stay if im honest staff very helpful but not much good if they can't resolve the issue pity really as it's a beautiful hotel.

Great location n a grand hotel.
Pros:

Great location and very helpful staff.

Cons:

The shower was very difficult to use. I reported it upon checkout and the front desk gal said she would have maintenance look at it.

Great old world vibe!
Pros:

I enjoyed the corner room with views of the city below. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Great water pressure. Room was small compared to modern hotels but it was charming and cozy feeling! I loved the retro bar.

Cons:

Unfortunately the diner closed mid afternoon, after we arrived and then must have been short staffed in the morning because we sat at the bar for over 10 minutes and we were never greeted or offered coffee. It was then that I noticed more than 10 people had menus still in front of them, so we left for Stellas, just down the street.

Just wonderful. The surrounding restaurants in the area are outstanding and within walking distance.
Pros:

It is clean. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. Very nice stay.

Cons:

We paid a premium rate compared to our stay last year. Seems prices went up?

Clean property
Pros:

I stay at the Northern a lot.
Pros:

Very fast check-in. Right in the heart of downtown.

Cons:

I usually enjoy the view of Billings from my room but was put on the 4th floor with a view of a roof. I know that the hotel fills up and availability is limited, but part of the Northern experience is the view from the upper floors.
