Location location location!! Lots of places within easy walking distance to visit. The room was spotless clean. I thought it was pleasantly quiet here. We were exhausted and ordered room service for dinner. The smash burger was the absolute best I think I have ever eaten!! We used the shuttle service to the airport and it was on time and very nice both ways.

I really like historic hotels and definitely appreciated the Northern. The lobby is beautiful. They gave me a room on the 10th floor with a view. As I prefer high floor rooms I appreciated this. The furnishings were nice and I slept really well in the bed. My room was very clean. The front desk were all very friendly and efficient. It's in a great location in downtown Billings. I wish I had had the time to check out the restaurants, but hopefully I will return one day.

I love the old hotels. The renovations of this hotel were great. Center of the city, just modern enough to make it comfortable but different from the usual hotels. I loved the restaurant and the diner. The concierge service was great. Friendly and efficient. Parking was convenient and included even valet parking.

No refrigerator in room
A restored, old-fashioned hotel, very comfortable rooms, free parking and very pleasant staff. Breakfast is not free, the breakfast spot at the hotel is excellent. The restaurant is to die for, fantastic food, and very reasonably priced for an elegant restaurant. We will stay there again.

The rooms were super cute. The bed was comfy. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. It was super convenient to other stores and restaurant.
I didn’t know if the hotel served breakfast. Only that there was a restaurant next door. I didn’t get a chance to see the amenities. The part I didn’t like was that housekeeping knocked two times and immediately opened the door while I was getting ready. She knocked at 10:45 and I was upset because check out was 11:00. That was my biggest complaint. Everything else was pretty amazing.

What a delight of an old hotel in Billings! Even though it gave off the flare of a 100 year old distinguished hotel, the rooms were beautiful and redone! The beds were very comfortable, the room clean, the atmosphere quiet. We were there on a very busy weekend, the 150 th celebration of the Little Bighorn Battle. On our way to the battlefield, we blew a head gasket and had to return to Billings instead of continuing our trip. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! The price point was very good as well. We’d stay there again if in Billings!

Very disappointed that the Air Con is on 24/7 and can not be turned off so got very little sleep for 3nights spoiled the stay if im honest staff very helpful but not much good if they can't resolve the issue pity really as it's a beautiful hotel.
