Pros:

Free EV charging!! Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice lobby area with pool table and comfortable seating.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok. Gym was very hot (ac didn't seem to work); it was 75 to 76 degrees.

Pros:

Front desk staff was wonderful. Young lady who checked us in was friendly and engaging. She was a pleasure to speak with. We enjoy the Tru properties and seek them out when we travel.

Pros:

The facility was new. It was clean and had a pool and a nice patio area. It had a great snack bar and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

There's no carpet on the floor. We were on this first floor and could hear people walking back and forth.On the second floor ( above us / It was very loud.

Top notch for basic short stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding. Pancakes, eggs, toast, oatmeal, OJ. All were delicious.

Bed excellent. We both slept very well,

Perfectly pleasant place for a couple of nights in Grand Rapids.
Pros:

It's a good location, great access to and from the highway, and quite a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Cons:

If I had one complaint, it would be that the front desk staff didn't ask or remind me to validate my first night's parking. I was in a hurry to meet my sister wound up paying $72 to get out of the parking garage.
