Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und überaus reichhaltig. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Das späte Abendessen im Restaurant war genau richtig. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unschlagbar!

A great location and a hidden gem in this once powerful town.
Pros:

Fine room. Great location. Bus stoops are 3 minutes from Hotel. Trains are 20 minutes away. Breakfasts start at 6 AM, a plus if you want to get an early start. Lake Garda is reachable by bus from Rovereto. You can also reach mountain towns such as Folgaria easily. My first time in the Shangri-la the Rovereta tourist Office phoned the Hotel to add them to the Trentino Tourist Card. Rovereto gave me hard copy in May. This time the Hotel and Sharon had my phone hooked up to the card. Sarah explained the working of the card. I saved over 40 euros with free bus rides and Museum entrances thanks to the Card. A real plus thanks to Sarah. A real plus.

Cons:

I loved everything. Sarah, the person who checked me in always had a smile and a pleasant question, 'How was your day.'

Freundliches Personal, Fahrräder konnten sicher untergestellt werden, sehr gutes Restaurant mit großer Auswahl schmackhafter Speisen.

Cons:

An der Durchgangsstraße gelegen, Geräuschpegel stört allerdings nur, wenn man im Restaurant draußen sitzt.

Pessima qualità degli affettati della colazione oltre che scarsa. Erano VISIBILMENTE entrati e usciti dal frigo parecchie volte, soprattutto il salame. Ho anche fatto due foto.
