Pros:

Ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang, die uns alles ausführlich erklärte und alles zeigte. Zum Wellnessbereich kann ich nichts sagen, da wir ihn nicht nutzten.

Cons:

Das Glas Rotwein zum Nachtessen war aus einer zu lange offenen Flasche, wurde aber anstandslos ersetzt. Pommes vom Buffet waren ausgegangen, wurden auf meinen Hinweis wieder aufgefüllt. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig.

- čistý a plně vybavený pokoj, velká pohodlná postel
- snídaně, kde si vybere opravdu každý
- wellness s možností procedur
- naprosto skvělý poměr cena/kvalita
- příjemný personál, v době pobytu byl výpadek teplé vody, což nám bylo finančně kompenzováno

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchte ich die junge Dame hinter der Bar in der Lobby erwähnen. Sie ist ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent was Ihre Arbeit angeht. Die Zimmer sind top und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Die Damen im Restaurant sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und flott.

Velice příjemný personál,perfektní umístění,bohaté snídaně,
Pros:

vše hodnotim kladně,jen v kouoelně (měky jsme s maminkou pokoj 104 oro hendikepovane klienty)bychim icenily něco čim by se po isorchovàní dal vytřít sprchivý kout, a nějakou poličku bebo stolicku na odkládání hygienických potřeb
