Location and breakfast
The rooms were very small for a suite. The sofa in the main area looked old and sat way too low. Tiny bathroom and hard to maneuver around the room comfortably.
Everything was ok
l was deducted twice and l do not understand. Again, l was also made to pay additional $100 waiting as a guarantee. I have checked out and want the refund back.
Hoteles excelente para ubicarse en el centro y para negocios . Muy completo con café, plancha , nevera y para poder descansar. Cama cómoda. Personal encantador y muy amable
En mi opinión el destino es muy mejorable. La verdad que eche en falta aceite o mantequilla y un café expreso, al menos tipo cápsula. Eso sí lo había en la habitación.

It was very organized, clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The store owner is pretty rude at the convenience store.

It was walking distance to a lot of attractions, food spots and just about everything you really need. They also accommodated my situation, couldn’t make it in time to check in as my flight got cancelled mid flight, had to take a 3hr uber ride and wouldn’t arrive till almost 4am and they had no problem with it..they actually made sure I made it in safe the day after as they called a couple times to accommodate my stay. Thank you so much.

As with most older buildings, there were some dated/aged things that could have been refreshed.

How cold the room got, staff was really friendly
Bed was to high, especially for us short folks, to many lights that shine bright at night that cannot be turned off. Bed was hard as a rock, Im disabled so the high up bed was hard to get in, the hard mattress made it difficult was me to sleep.
Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when we discovered a leak under the sink, they fixed it immediately. The breakfast was excellent, although it could have included more vegetables.
The main downside was that the room only had a small interior-facing window, so there was no source of fresh air.

No parking except valet parking. Grrrr. The price quoted at the recommended was inaccurate. The hotel across the street has free parking. Had I known I would have gone there. The elevators are very small, hardly able to accommodate three people The rooms are like a small collage dormitory rather than a Holiday Inn Express. In short, I'm not a fan nor will I use this facility again.
