We had wonderful breakfast experience. We are jain people so they accomdate the food as per our taste. Stay was very good. Chef Hiroj and Ramita , thank you for good service. Rachana, Anup and soniya took good care of us. Team provide prompt and courteous service . Rachana recomend rapchik dosa which is very delicious.

We stayed for 3 days in Vivanta hotel. The quality food is outstanding. Staff are warm, attentive and very professional. The buffet was something special for everyone including local nepalese food also . Chef Hiroj and Ms Ramita took good care of us. Special name want to mention Anup, Rachana and Ujwal for excellent service. Thank u Vivanta for making our stay memorable.

I stayed for almost 2 month and had wonderful experience. The service was excellent and staff was friendly and attenrtive. Chef Hiroj prepare Chinese bao for me. I just finished a 15days business trip to Kathmandu at Vivanta, and I have to say this hotel exceeded what I expected. And I've stayed in plenty of 5-star places across China, UAE, Australia, and Malaysia.
From day one, Beebek sir made sure I felt at home. He wasn't just checking boxes. He genuinely cared about making every day comfortable.
But the breakfast team is what really stood out. Ramita, Rachana, Anup, Aayush, Ujjwal, Laxmi, Sonya, and Supriya didn't just serve food. They remembered my coffee order. They knew how I liked my breakfast. After 15 days, they still remembered. And you know what? Their service was so personal that I won't forget their names. That's how you know they actually cared.
Sonika at the front desk made checking in and out smooth. Mr Narayan at the salon gave me the best haircut I've had in ages. Magical hands.
The little things matter too. The city view from my room was stunning.
What struck me most is the culture here. You can tell Beebek sir and Suresh sir have built something special. The team isn't just working. They're genuinely proud to be here. And you feel it.
If you're visiting Kathmandu, book Vivanta. The team will take care of you.
