I did not expect that the room would be so small. We did not expect from a Taj group hotel.
Pros:

The room is tiny. The furniture was quite bad. It is not expectes from a Taj group.

Pros:

We only had breakfast twice at the hotel but the breakfasts were very good and had a nice variety of foods for everyone.
Excellent location very close to a lot of restaurants' and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Delightful Stay at Vivanta Kathmandu Hotel
Pros:

All the staff from restaurants to the IT and the managers we interacted with have been really warm and helpful. A big shout out to the service staff: Rachana, Anup, Durlove, Laxmi and Ramita. Great smiles, attitude and hospitality. The GM, Anil, also personally check in on us to make sure our stay was comfortable .

Anniversary
Pros:

Amazing experience I had in the hotel.
I came in for my anniversary and the arrangements were made well before my arrival in my room that too on a complimentary basis.
Even after insisting to pay, the manager Mr Ritesh did not accept the money.
Very kind and friendly staff.
The food was very delicious and not to forget the spectacular view you can enjoy from the rooftop swimming pool.
Very much recommended.

Impressive Service
Pros:

Vivanta’s room are very clean and nice. Great location. More importantly, the service is impeccable. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They always have a smile and always ready to help.
