Won’t be back
Pros:

Check in was just ok. The clerk was not the friendliest. Bare minimum interaction. Room was clean but the bed gets zero stars! Thankfully it was a one night stay. Ac was not the greatest. Breakfast was good. Very small sitting area for breakfast.

The price was greatly inflated due to sports activities in OKC the place was sold out.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel many years ago and it was in much nicer condition at that time. It is in bad need of repairs. The entry door is difficult to open and close.

Cons:

Maintenance.

I like that the check in was easy. Shampoo and body wash smelled wonderful in the shower.

Let’s start with the parking lot. 2 exit signs with no entrance sign. Weird. Next you get in the elevator and it has tons of broken tiles on the floor. Next for so many floors there is only one ice machine. Hotels are about comfort and convenience. The room was not the cleanest. The bed sheets had some dirties on it, I brushed off. Not sure what it was. The night stand was almost falling off the wall, it was also dirty. The A/C did not work well at all. It was 77 degrees in our the whole night. Sweating all night. It would kick on for 1 minute. and kick right back off. The fan on the a/c blew all night, then you would hear this awful sound of the actual cold air coming out for 1 minute or so. Then kick off. I will not be staying here again.

Give this place a second chance
Pros:

Place was in good condition, manager took me and my girlfriend in when every other place said we had to be 21, the manager Nechole Washington was excellent, door didn’t close properly or shut properly but that’s an easy fix, overall a good place for the price and the manager was an absolute lifesaver, I would have been stuck in OKC on the streets if it wasn’t for her, definitely going to come back, A/C was cold, beds were clean, shades worked, tv worked fine, fridge was cold, place does need work but it seems like they are definitely making an effort to slowly bring this place back to what it used to be, breakfast was hot and had no issues with it, overall this place definitely deserves a second chance at life, if your 18 and other places are turning you down go to this hotel, as long as you are respectful and have an ID and don’t damage the rooms or are disrespectful they should let you in, 5 Stars, definitely will come back again!, and Nechole if you see this, thank you for Giving us a chance.

Terrible exsperience. Booked a two night stay and left after first night. Unable to get refund

Brady was great, I hope I don’t get bed bugs.
Pros:

Good location, wonderful staff, Brady was wonderful. I couldn’t acknowledge him enough. Top tier customer service.

Cons:

The elevator was out during our stay, we had to climb 5 flights of stairs the entire time. Up, down, up, down. It was so inconvenient as I am disabled. The breakfast was so outdated and poor quality, not that of the staffs fault, the equipment was faulty and rusted. Needed updating. My room too was outdated and needed help. Sheet rock repair and messy crack repairs. Whew! Not great.

The elevator was down and your husband his disabled stairs are a problem. We made it work for one night.

I will stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Everything was perfect.
Eddie May and Connie were great!!!

Cons:

I will never book with 3rd party (Hotels.com). Had family emergency and since I booked 3rd party no changes I had to waste a nights stay. The hotel was apologetic but it was out of their hands.
