Charmigt pensionat. Trivsam och lugn miljö.Vacker innergård.
Hjälpsam och trevlig personal.
Badrummet behöver renoveras.
Great, plus lots of choices. It’s a cozy little place and and you’re not going to walk away hungry.
Hieno piha
Toppen ställe men i behov av lite kärlek
Tände man lampan i toaletten, gick fläkten igång.
As before, the breakfast was splendid, and given that we were the only people staying, it was the more impressive that such a feast was provided. The room was even nicer than the previous ones had been, with a comfortable bed and a good view.
And when I got jam on my trousers at breakfast, the lovely member of staff who had come in for us specially to make breakfast managed to clean them for me with cloth and water, which was well outside her duty as a cook.
Checking in. Because my phone and my husband's both suddenly decided not to work in Sweden, we had considerable difficulty getting hold of the hotel management to access the key-safe, and had to be rescued by a very kind lady who came past after we had been waiting (panicking) outside for about half-an-hour in this secluded street; she used her phone on our behalf. We could not have arrived in time for the latest check-in advertised, because the ferry doesn't reach port until after it is past. That slightly spoiled our pleasure. Maybe it might be possible to send the code before we leave England, in future! (Though of course two different phone provision companies both being useless at us cannot be blamed on the Pensionat Granparken.)
The breakfast included PANCAKES as well as various flatmeats and cheeses, fresh rolls, boiled eggs, and all sorts of goodies! It was very pleasant indeed. And the bed was comfortable, even luxurious, with a lovely view over the garden.
Alas, the days we stay are the days when we are catching the ferry to and from our weekend in Åland and are not the days on which the restaurant is open in the evening. This isn't exactly the fault of the hotel, though: it is our travel plans that cause it.
