J'ai très apprécié mon séjour dans cet établissement
Pros:

Je recommande cet hôtel, la chambre était très spacieuse, les équipements complets, un petit frigidaire très apprécié par ces températures.
Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.

Une nuit d étape...
Pros:

Bien si on aime le coté désuet des vieux hotels de villes thermales....
En etape improvisée( canicule) j ai apprécié le Parking!

Impeccable pour un Week end visite à Chatel Guyon .Je reviendrai.
Pros:

Tout d'abord merci à Elisabeth pour son accueil sympathique. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très agréable, car il est situé à proximité du parc thermal, idéal pour les balades .Pas de climatisation dans ma chambre ,mais à mon arrivé la chambre était fraiche. Le petit déjeuner est très bien .J'ai pu profité du marché du dimanche sur toute l'avenue Baraduc.

Parfait. Très bon accueil.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l'accueil lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel par Elisabeth notre hôtesse.
Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre spacieuse, bien exposée, avec une bonne literie. Elisabeth nous a accompagné tout le long du séjour et nous avons découvert de magnifiques vitraux à l'intérieur de l'établissement. Un grand Merci à notre hôtesse pour sa disponibilité, son écoute et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bon établissement pour un séjour pas loin des volcans d'Auvergne.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé en centre ville, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner correct, très bons conseils de la part d'Élisabeth pour rayonner à proximité et découvrir la région, tous le personnel au top.

Cons:

En période de canicule, difficile de trouver de la fraîcheur dans la chambre malgré les efforts de l'hôtel pour nous proposer une chambre à l'abri du soleil (merci), mais pas trop de solutions sans clim.

Pros:

Avec la vague de chaleur, j'ai pu profité d'un super ventilateur rechargeable, portable que j'ai pu amener partout jusqu'à la salle de bain. Sur pied, on peut séparer le pied pour en faire un petit à mettre sur la table de chevet.

Cons:

Il fallait se garer au parking de la mairie mais comme c'est sous vidéosurveillance, finalement c'était rassurant.

Location in the middle of a lovely spa town near a fabulous park and with lots of restaurants and shops.
Lifts,
Hotel room was basic but clean and comfortable with a fabulous view across the town from the bedroom balcony.
Good value for the price.
Receptionist (lots of information about the spa town and where to eat and what to see) and woman who looked after us at breakfast were brilliant!

Cons:

Run-down feel to this historic hotel and we were sorry that it did not have a restaurant. Parking was some way away from the hotel so we were lucky to find a parking spot right outside!

Best location in this extraordinary town, so much to like.
Pros:

A grand old dame of a hotel, which is full of character , and old world charm. Elizabeth is a wonderful host, charming and delightful. Everything is a bit dated, but is really clean, works perfectly, and big rooms with high ceilings. The location can’t be beaten, and excellent value for money.
