Comfortable
Pros:

The pool and room were excellent, the rooftop bar food was top notch. The property was very clean and the staff around the hotel were very nice.

Cons:

Hotel staff at the front desk weren’t the friendliest. Breakfast was poor, we had days pancakes came out still frozen in the middle. The property is quite far away from anything and a road closure made it very difficult to get taxis. We were not told of this when we arrived. Pool beds are also limited.

Pros:

Väldigt bra hotell. Fräsch och snyggt överallt. Mycket fint poolområde och fantastiskt frukost och lunch. Sköna sängar som inte var för hårda.

Cons:

Takrestaurangen höll dessvärre inte måttet. Små portioner och ganska fantasilös meny. Stressad och ouppmärksam personal.

Soggiorno eccellente, il vero punto di forza di questa struttura è il suo staff. Sono le persone a fare la differenza e qui abbiamo trovato professionalità, disponibilità e una gentilezza davvero autentica.
Desideriamo rivolgere un ringraziamento speciale al Signor Danilo e al Signor Andrea della reception, che fin dal nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto sentire accolti come ospiti di riguardo. Sempre sorridenti, attenti, competenti e pronti a comprendere ogni nostra esigenza, hanno saputo trasformare ogni richiesta in una soluzione con una naturalezza e una cortesia davvero rare. Il loro modo di lavorare rappresenta un esempio di ospitalità di altissimo livello.
Un sincero grazie anche a Giulia della SPA, che ci ha colpiti per la sua sensibilità, la sua delicatezza e l'attenzione che dedica al benessere degli ospiti. La sua disponibilità lascia un ricordo davvero speciale.

Pros:

The pool.

Cons:

It took a lot to get taxis in and out of the hotel. And it was the only way to move. Beside that, the hotel facilities were more lika an 80s convention center hotel with a pool.

Nice staff, great pool, nice terrace, lots of green arround
Pros:

Swimming pool, air conditioning, clean rooms
Friendly staff.
Nice food at the terrace restaurant.

Cons:

Carpet floors, the sliding terrace door in our room was stuck and really hard to open or close.
Very hard to find the hotel considering road closures in an already complicated location to circulate by car.
