This is a gorgeous hostel which is very well maintained. The walking tour was fun and informative and the meet and drink was a great way to get to know people.
The wooden floors combined with late nights at the bar and early starts for tours does make it noisy and you'll be woken up throughout the night. But that is hostel life.
Buena experiencia!!
The surroundings and the in-house bar & breakfast
Articles in the toilets were not refreshed in time. I had to wait for paper towel for more than 10 minutes
Fantastic location, with all the amenities, great breakfast buffet, laundry service, water and hot showers. They have made sure travelers get everything at reasonable prices and of good quality. One of the best hostel in Peru. Beds were comfortable and they have enough in house activities if you want to keep yourself busy and tour operators to take you around with a walking tour every morning.
Bathrooms at times were not as clean. More frequent cleaning could be helpful.
Localização (Central Cusco), Prédio histórico, facilidades do quarto. Disponibilidade de chás como cortesia.
Toalha e água cobrada a parte. Escada de acesso a cama mal posicionada, Gerando risco de acidentes.
The real
hotel staff is attentive and kind. The location is close to the main square and some great restaurants. I recommend Morena & Chicha and Mercado San Pedro for fresh juices.
I was very disappointed with the service provided by the volunteers. On several occasions, they appeared untrained, disengaged, and not attentive to basic service standards. Some even mentioned they were “just volunteers,” which made it feel like the guest experience was not a priority.
It did not feel right or fair for Viajero to place paying customers in a position where they receive inconsistent service while paying full price for dorms, rooms, food, and drinks. At times, the volunteers also appeared poorly presented and lacked professionalism, which further affected the overall experience.
I encountered these issues multiple times and eventually avoided the restaurant during certain hours because of it. If Viajero chooses to rely on volunteers, they should ensure proper training, supervision, and service standards or adjust pricing so expectations match the reality.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. And the location is amazing.
Second time there, but this time they gave me a very noisy room. We had just arrived from a 5 day trekking, we're hoping to sleep late, but seems to be close to some machinery or something
