It was so nice it would have been perfect but the TV didn't work. That was the first time o experienced that before. It would have been a perfect stay except for that.

Clean and comfortable. Felt more like a townhouse than a hotel room. Great breakfast, nice fitness room. We didn’t use any outdoor facilities due to time restraints and weather but beautiful patio areas with grills and pool. Check-in was super fast and easy.
Our kitchen was poorly stocked. We had 5 people and only had two glasses, one coffee mug. Three forks, etc…no dishwasher soap and no dish soap to clean anything, upstairs bathroom had no hand soap. Went to front desk and they gave us some stuff and were very accommodating and I appreciated that.

The place has a charming exterior and outdoor space.
Upon entering the hotel room, there was a noticeable and strong smell of marijuana. The odor was significant enough that even my young child immediately noticed it and commented that it smelled like something he had smelled outside before. This was very unpleasant and concerning, especially since we were staying with a young child.
In addition, the bathroom door could not close properly because it was obstructed by the toilet. The door had to be forced past the toilet in order to close, which was inconvenient and made the bathroom difficult to use comfortably.

The room itself was not as expected as sturdy and well structured. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom ceiling was somewhat peeling.
Living room sofa was not supportive and setting too close to the TV..prob due to the layout that it’s blocking the entryway if pushing the sofa farther away from the TV set.
Todo perfecto. Mucho más grande la habitación de lo que se describe. Dos camas dobles enormes en dos pisos distintos, dos baños. Salón y cocina. Tres televisores grandes, uno en cada habitación. Las zonas exteriores están muy cuidadas y la piscina muy limpia.. El desayuno bueno y abundante.
Tan solo por poner algo, había algo de ruido continuo en la habitación por el aire acondicionado o algún generador. No estoy seguro. Pero no es una gran molestia.
Très bonne literie ! La chambre était spacieuse pour 4, propre et bien équipée. On a apprécié le gaufrier.
La qualité des produits, peu de choix, pas de produits bio. 1/2h avant la fin du créneau de petit déjeuner, il n'y avait plus de café
השרות בקבלה היה מצוין, החדר מרווח מאד ונוח, החניה צמודה לחדר, המקום מטופח ונקי.
הגענו לארוחת הבוקר לקראת סיומה (חשבנו שיש עוד חצי שעה לסגירה, אבל הסתבר שטעינו) והצוות לא היה מספיק גמיש ופינה הכל במהירות, כך שלא הספקנו לקחת את כל מה שתכננו.

I had a hiccup in my bathroom. The bathroom sink kept clogging up.
The split-level sleeping arrangement is outstanding especially if you have children traveling with you. They get their own space which can be blocked off from the rest of the living space.
The downstairs tub didn't drain at all & a it would be nice to have a larger trash container in the kitchen area due to the size of the unit.
Appartement très propre. Et acceuil parfait. Le personnel est très gentil. Piscine sympa et barbecue a disposition superbe.
Petit déjeuner très industriel. Ça manque de produits frais.
