I stay here often for business top choice when I am in the area
Pros:

The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable

Cons:

There wasnt clear instructions on how to work the television so could not use it.

La habitacion era cómoda, la cama grande y con buen espacio para comer y trabajar. Tenia una cocineta con insumos basicos.

Tardamos casi una hora para poder ingresar a la habitación porque la puerta no abria y el chico de la recepción tuvo que arreglarla. El check out es a las 10am, demasiado temprano y por eso acordamos hacer late check out desde el ingreso par alas 11am. Sin embargo, las chicas del aseo estaban tocando nuestra puerta desde las 9:30am preguntando a que hora nos ibamos y lo hiceron varias veces hasta las 11am. Se quedaron sentadas en la puerta de la habitación esperando a que salieramos, es demasiado incomodo.

Great place to stay if working in Albany area for any length of time . Room had all the appliances needed for a long stay.
Need your own transport.

Cons:

Location a bit out the way. Nearly all asian restaurants in vicinity.

Good spot to stay short term on the north shore
Pros:

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment while attending an event at AUT millennium. It was close to the facility and had lots of restaurants/takeaways on its doorstep. Easy parking. It suited our needs.

Cons:

The apartment didn’t have much of an outlook so we felt quite boxed in.
