Great place to stay if working in Albany area for any length of time . Room had all the appliances needed for a long stay.
Need your own transport.

Cons:

Location a bit out the way. Nearly all asian restaurants in vicinity.

Good spot to stay short term on the north shore
Pros:

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment while attending an event at AUT millennium. It was close to the facility and had lots of restaurants/takeaways on its doorstep. Easy parking. It suited our needs.

Cons:

The apartment didn’t have much of an outlook so we felt quite boxed in.

Pros:

Love this place- been here 3 times now. Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, great cafes next door, walking distance to Aquatic stadium (15 mins) friendly helpful staff, tea/coffee facilities, lift to floors. Garage 100m away has snacks/sandwiches after cafe hours.

Cons:

Just a little wish- Would have liked basic meal prep. cutlery, crockery, microwave facility- if you arrive late there’s no place to eat or buy food unless you have a car. You have to eat out for every meal. Parents with kids would have to come well prepared food wise.

Pros:

The property was very clean - that's important to me. It was also quiet and the staff were extremely nice. It isn't luxury and doesn't pretend to be, but it was excellent value for money.
