Location fit my needs, basketball court was nice, pool was clean, room was better than expected, breakfast was decent. Parking was easy. Property was quiet after hours for the most part.
Hobos emptied trash cans all over the property each night, leaving a mess that was never picked up. Found bottles of urine in the back parking lot, as well as more trash strung out in the parking lot and all around walk ways. There are many no smoking signs, and the hotel makes you sign a piece of paper talking about their strict no smoking and marijuana policy, yet from day one our room had a very strong odor of marijuana. Most of the walkways are falling apart due to age and need replaced, so watch your step when walking or you risk tripping over uneven concrete slabs.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to fix the problem that I had upon checking in, as it said I was a paying guest and had already paid for the room. It did take a few minutes; however, they were able to get it fixed for me. The room was great, and it was clean and comfortable. Once the room was ready, they called and let me know.
Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Location was closer to airport & 25 to 30 minutes to attractions.
Paid parking is affordable.
The sofa bed in our room was not that comfortable. It was ripped from the sides. They need to get new beddings for those.
⚠️ WARNING: FRAUDULENT HOLDING OF FUNDS & ACCOUNT REPREHENSIBILITY
This property is engaging in gross financial mismanagement and is currently holding my cash hostage in direct violation of their own corporate office's orders.
During my stay, this hotel attempted multiple unauthorized, unhinged charges on my card: two separate charges of $22,000, and another for $37,000—totaling over $81,000 in fraudulent, erroneous attempted charges. This is not just a standard "glitch"; it is catastrophic financial incompetence.
Now, they are actively withholding a $280 incidental hold on my debit card. Marriott Corporate explicitly instructed this local property over a week ago to release my funds entirely. Instead of complying, local management has gone completely rogue.
The managers are deliberately screening my phone calls, refusing to answer the front desk line when I call, and ignoring every single voice message left. They are hiding behind their desks because they refuse to fix their massive mistakes.
To Potential Guests: Do NOT give this hotel your card information. They will attempt to drain your accounts for tens of thousands of dollars, freeze your actual banking cash, and then ghost you when corporate orders them to pay it back.
To Marriott Corporate: Look at the system notes for this case immediately. Your local management team is ignoring corporate directives, ducking accountability, and exposing this franchise to severe legal liability. Release my money immediately.
Only the breakfast. It was a good one!
Our check-in time was 4:00 PM, but when we arrived at 6:30 PM, our room was still not ready. Although the front desk informed us the room was being cleaned and it became available about 15 minutes later, no complimentary service or price adjustment was offered for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the room did not appear to be properly cleaned. There were food crumbs left on the chairs, the floor was sticky, and the bathrooms were not very clean. In addition, the AC was not sufficient to cool the upstairs bedroom, and the beds were uncomfortable.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay here again. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast.

The deodorizer was way to strong!
Breakfast was terrible. Items were not available. It was chaotic. People milling around waiting for food to come out. Waffle batter was empty. Bagels were gone. Hot food was only there intermittently and gone almost immediately after it was brought out with long waits for more.
Beware. This place is a dump. Rotten staircases, rude front stuff, illegal charges on my card for a charitable donation I never agreed to, a pet fee and I did not have a pet. The beds are hard and there are roaches on the food I had in the sink and was about to eat. This place has a lot of homeless in the parking lot as well lurking around looking into cars and begging for money. Not a safe or ethical place to stay. Beware.
