Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

It was like staying in a small apartment. Loved the kitchenette.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking on a lot that is enclosed by the hotel itself. Who else is parking here that I have to pay to park? This was the first Residence Inn were I stayed that I had to pay for parking.

A great location to settle for a short while.
Pros:

The property was peaceful and hidden, so it always felt like you were returning home. Conveniently located next to a few grocery stores and not too far away from downtown Mountain View. The breakfast was nice and filling.

Cons:

A few amenities on the property weren't functioning correctly (sink drain plug broken, TV stopped working sometimes). Space is somewhat limited in the breakfast area. The entrance to the property is hard to spot- I missed it the first time.

The rooms were perfect.

Cons:

The lights inside are auto shut off with no movement, however the turn off too much.
The outside needs a good steam on the walkways. Use blower to clean the dust n dirt.

Good experience but could be great.
Pros:

Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient location. Overall Good experience.

Cons: Microwave door is not opening full. Shower area is too Narrow. Breakfast options could be better. People using the center of building space as smoking area.

A great location to stay with family and / or a group as the units have kitchens.
Pros:

This has a great location for visiting Mountain View and Silicon Valley in general. We had an updated room and it was very clean and nice. Staff provided extra blankets when requested very quickly.

Cons:

The facility is currently being renovated so breakfast was grab and go instead of a in a dining room, still there was a hot buffet. The pool was not in use because of renovations, but we didn't need it as we were in town for a family event. I would definitely stay here again due to room size and convenience of kitchens in the room.
