One of the staff members, Nilgul, was lovely but that was all. Proximity to some restaurants was good.
I rarely leave poor reviews but this hotel fell well short of what one would expect of a '4 star' hotel. I cannot recommend anyone stay here. For our last stop in a 3 week trip, we were extremely disappointed. We have stayed in a variety of places, some more expensive and others, much cheaper however, all have been significantly cleaner, practical and well furnished.
Noise from both outside and inside. The floating wooden floors allow you to hear every step. The doors and windows also fail to dampen any sound. Be prepared to hear music, bikes and cars until late.
Lack of ventilation. There are no windows or vents in the bathroom. All steam and air is caught in the bathroom and/or released directly onto your bed. It's difficult to open the windows because they're either completely open or closed.
Mosquitos. Despite the windows being closed, I was awake until 4am one night constantly being bitten. I was offered pest sprays and repellent but that's less than ideal when having to breathe it all in, in such a small room.
Hygiene. Most surfaces were quite dirty. We had to wipe them down.
Lack of or poor amenities. No phone in the room, TV was in Turkish only and very slow. Air-conditioner and fridge, both of which are located next to or above the bed, were extremely loud. What little comfort was gained in being cool was offset by the noise made my the fans. The safe was secured to a rolling cabinet and could easily be wheeled out of the room.
A really beautiful boutique hotel! The room is very well-equipped and well-thought of. Very comfortable.

夏は蚊がいること、プールがないこと。朝ご飯がついていないこと。レストランは雰囲気もいいし美味しいですが割高。
ガーデンビューだったので良かったです。そうでなければ割高に感じるとおもいます。
Location is supreme. It is just next to the city's ancient walls. The facility is lovely and very curated. The room has a decent size and the service is nice and friendly
The hotel, grounds and restaurant were top notch. Casa Sur was like a wellness retreat with the stone walled garden and excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and restaurant menu was varied and exciting. Really tasty food. My ratings are 10/10 for Casa Sur hotel. I would love to make a return trip with my family in the future. I recommend this hotel as the best hotel in old town kaleici. It has everything you need and more for the perfect holiday. Absolutely everything. The service, decor and location.
There is nothing I didn’t like. However, if there is room for improvement I would say the food. But the food is good overall it could just be a bit better.
Also the small double bed in room piedre I think it was? It is really small so not really suitable for two girls with loads of clothes and make up. No one’s fault though, it was still lovely. And also it’s quite hard to use the tv, it takes ages to load and it’s not really clear what you’re pressing and then you give up after a while.
The property is in excellent condition and is kept very clean. Location is super nice with all the quaintness of old town- restaurants and shops and neat side streets everywhere.
