Stay was fine. Helpdesk tried to upcharge on a room when I asked. Third party stated there was 5 regular rooms available

Labor Day weekend in Richmond VA
Pros:

The staff was great and the room was a good size very roomy. The price was a great value for Labor Day weekend . The room was clean .

Cons:

I didn't like the bathrooms in the room, only because they were outdated and still had the tub with a shower in it unit. Not too many people take a bath in a tub while staying in a hotel. Unless it's a jacuzzi tub. Need to remodel the bathroom and add walk-ins showers

Penthouse style townhomes with a complete kitchen area. Right off of the highway. Shops and supermarkets close by.

Townhomes style apartments. We stayed in the penthouse. Spacious with 2 bathrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to shops and highway
Kudos to George, Bari and Marquette.

Cons:

Could not get that damn thermostat to work properly.

Pros:

Love this hotel it's the only one I will stay at with my kids its pricey but worth not having the anxiety of worrying if its clean or safe to stay bc its always been a 10 out 10 for me.

Cons:

The price is little high but so is everything these days!

Condemn It
Pros:

I usually appreciate Residence Inn when I’m on extended work trips. The bathroom in this place was disgusting, filthy, in disrepair, and disappointing. There were groups of cobwebs in the windows and above the door. You can see outside from inside the door if you look towards the floor.

It was awful. I told our Purchasing dept to ban this location from the list.
