Pros:

The kitchen and proximity to places
Spacious room

Cons:

No dish liquid & sponge to wash dishes
No paper towel in the kitchen
Lights in bathroom were flickering bad
Tv remote wasn’t always working
Property charged me extra fees without notifying me of the extra fees that i was getting charged for, they insisted that i did not pay them & that I owed them despite me paying at the property at check in. They deactivated my key since they believed that i did not pay despite me showing proof of payment & said i could only complete my stay if i paid the balance.
Kim was very helpful & understanding with the situation, she definitely made me feel like someone was actually listening to what i was saying while everyone else was making accusations
