Great stay in Honolulu
Pros:

Loved that it was right on the beach, no road to cross, just straight out of the hotel onto the beach.
Nice relaxed vibe, friendly staff, nice restaurant on site and loved the morning take away options from Sunset Provisions (great banana bread).
Nice quiet hotel, didn’t get disturbed at all during the day or night and easy walking distance to the main Waikiki strip.

Pros:

Fruehstueck nicht inbegriffen. Kein gym und keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Die ganze anlage sehr ansprechend, die zimmer hinreissend im design. Allerdings könnte man fuer den Preis ein gym und eine Kaffeemaschine erwarten. Pluspunkt: Fantastischer Strand direkt am Hotel

Definitely worth the visit at sunset
Pros:

We had such a great time here! My wife and I showed up pretty jet lagged from our trip, but our server Nani completely turned that around, she brought so much energy and warmth to our table that it woke us right up. The hotel itself is lovely, and the patio is a real highlight, they've got beach accessories set up and the view is incredible. We actually walked down to the beach to catch the sunset before coming back for dessert 🍨. Such a sweet touch to the whole evening. Highly recommend, and ask for Nani if you can!

Local enjoying a getaway: highly recommend
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay!! Definitely coming back! I live in HI and there is nothing like a weekend of treating yourself. The hawaiian mom seal came to say "Hi!". The other time I saw it, I was swimming in front of the hotel. This time, I had the opportunity of an aerial view.

Dissappointing
Pros:

Beautiful location. No pool as listed in one of the headers on Priceline , then hit with additional fees. We thought Lobby would be nice to have drinks. Beach front, but that is only for restaurant reservations over an hour out. The hostess was rude about it and there were empty seats everywhere. I had to wait while my husband made some calls and watched from the lobby. I was told I could sit at bar which had a total of 4 seats as an option. To enjoy the beach you have to get a chair from front desk and head to beach. Don’t stay opposite side of park. I’ve been listening to trucks beeping for over the last hour. There is a nice view of hilll side. No coffee in rooms which seemed surprising with room having a small fridge.
Staff at front desk and parking seemed a little more helpful than restaurant staff, but whole beach front is the restaurant. Guess we’ll have to get order to go and eat at park.

Crazy rude I honestly can’t believe it
Pros:

Beautiful location, but the management completely ruined the experience. They were unwelcoming, dismissive, and seemed more interested in enforcing rules than making guests feel valued. Customer service starts at the top, and it really shows here. I won’t be staying here again.

Maybe im too empathetic or my years in hospitality have me seeing things with a microscope, but this place is falling apart at the seams.

1 noc na pożegnanie Hawajów

Spędziliśmy 1 noc w hotelu, przed samym wyjazdem. Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja hotelu, przy samej plaży oraz niezobowiązująca atmosfera miejsca. Wynajmowaliśmy apartament, który znajdował się w innym budynku bez windy, o czy wcześniej nie wiedzieliśmy i miałam problem z wniesieniem bagażu. Recepcjonista był na tyle miły, że pomógł z walizkami. Łatwy proces dla check-in i check-out. Dobra kawa w hotelowej kafejce. Hotel wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach.

Cons:

Brak windy w części apartamentowej oraz brak bufetu śniadaniowego - tylko śniadania a la carte (dosyć droga opcja). Limitowa ilość miejsc parkingowych i głównie valet parking, ale obok przy parku można znależć wolne miejsca na parkingu publicznym.

Terrible Management
Pros:

Stay away from this hotel! Much of the staff was great but the management really ruined our stay. They made it difficult from our check-in until we left. After nearly at 25 hours on a plane we arrived to the hotel to a condescending and rude manager. On several occasions we saw them treat the workers in a demeaning manner as well. The rooms did not look like they did on TripAdvisor. Honolulu is great, this hotel is not.
