Great stay in an old Istanbul building
Pros:

The spacious room with its massive windows. It's very old, but with modern amenities, making it quite charming. The air condition is great. The bathroom is also quite good. The whole room was very clean when we arrived. The location is excellent for that part of Istanbul, everything is close by.

Cons:

The noise is one of the bigger issues. There are bars all around and it gets quite noisy on the weekend, although closed windows are helpful. The building is old so there's no elevator, which can be problematic for some, but you get used to it.

Хозяевам сделать конкретный клининг, постирать шторы, помыть окна, двери. Сменить постельное белье и полотенца, они все
Pros:

Удобное расположение, недалеко от улицы Истикляль, автобусных остановок и метро

Cons:

Очень шумно в номерах (я за три дня успела пожить в трех), особенно с пятницы по воскресенье. Номера грязные. Требуют не только косметического ремонта, но и элементарно генеральной уборки.

Great stay!
Pros:

Loved our stay at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location and the room was big and clean. We had a lovely view from the big windows.
It’s a short walk to the river - steep climb on the way back!
The shower is very powerful.
Special thanks to Volkan who was super helpful.

Само здание крутое и красивое, локация хорошая.

Cons:

Оконные рамы хоть и красивые, но ветхие, даже гнилые - в дождь вода течет в номер. от шума с улицы окна не спасают совершенно, потому что огромные щели.
На первом этаже гостиницы ресторан, в котором с четверга по субботу играет музыка до часу-двух ночи, даже если в баре практически никого нет. На втором этаже очень слышно - и через стены, и через окна.

Когда бронировался номер на букинге, было две опции, в том числе с поздним выездом, который на, примерно, 40 долларов дороже. Не смотря на то, что номер был куплен с данной опцией, работники гостинцы, на мой вопрос о времени выезда, сказали - до 12-00, и просили доплатить за поздний выезд. После довольно длительного спора и указания всех недостатков , они пошли на уступки. Поэтому не рекомендую доплачивать за поздний выезд , либо после оплаты сразу писать в гостиницу о том, что такая опция предусмотрена бронированием.

Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

Amazing place to stay. Everyone was very welcoming and helping. The room was so lovely and very clean!! Loved the architecture and decor and the bar downstairs had such a cool vibe.

Не обманывать людей , делать апгрейд номера, если пообещали. И хотя бы раз в 2 дня менять полотенца

За 4 ночи полотенца никто не поменял , при заезде стояло два маленьких бутылька (один гель, один шампунь) и один рулончик бумаги , остальное надо ходить выпрашивать. Букинг пообещал бесплатный апгрейд номера , конечно же его не было , на картинках один номер, по факту другой. Ремонт убитый , наматрасник лучше не смотреть брезгливым, выглядит он ужасно, в пятнах. Телевизор на огромной стене размером с экран телефона , даже включать не было смысла , без телескопа на нем ничего не увидеть. Очень шумно

Pros:

The room was really beautiful. It had super high ceilings and a big windows that looked out onto trees. The staff was very kind.

Cons:

If you're a light sleeper I would avoid staying here on Friday or Saturday nights cause there's a lot happening outside on the street. If you're into the nightlife it's super fun!

We were here for a family trip and we really had a wonderful time! Thank You !
Pros:

It’s centrally located and close to the famous Istikal Street as well as the Galata Tower. The building and the rooms gives you an elegant and classic vibe. I really liked the interior décoration.
The reception staff was really amazing and ai would give him full 10/10. He kindly helped us carry our bags upstairs and downstairs and helped us with the taxi back to the airport.

Staff were very nice
The room was bigger than average for istanbul.
The location was perfect.
Reasonable price

Cons:

The noise at night was crazy high at nights. There are multiple bar/club in the street that you can hear them clearly until midnight on weekdays and after 2 am on weekends.

No elevator which makes it very hard if someone has accecibility issue or kids. However the staff gave us first floor room which made it slightly easier but still so many steps.

Pros:

Great location in a very interesting neighborhood and rooms are in a charming building. Room was spacious enough with high ceilings and had basic amenities sufficient for a short stay.

Cons:

Staff was not always present at the reception desk during normal daytime business hours. Windows and window shades are in VERY poor condition and really need replacing, they are practically non-functional and do nothing to block out light. There a small unit for hanging clothes but there is no closet or wardrobe with drawers nor any place convenient to put luggage.
