Cons:

Maintenance was rude. Tv didn’t work. Lamp in room didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty. Door to go outside would not open with key card so had to walk all the way around the building to get back in if went to outside. Pool was closed by health department. The door to room had big cracks between door and frame. Heard everything happening in hall and all around me

Very Disappointed!
Cons:

The rooms were dated and worn! Noisy bathroom fans sounded like they were going to break!! Parking fee was a surprise. So much jumping on beds and floor above us it was impossible to sleep. Called the front desk and I think it got worse. I expected so much more from a Hilton.

The first time my husband liked the hotel
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was so yummy. The staff friendly. Easy to check in and out

Cons:

So busy. Food ran out numerous time I went to get something. My husband was able to eat. Parking cost. One night we couldn't even park. Toilet didnt flush well. Water sitting in the bottom of tub.
