Cons:

you ripped us off. used to be free parking, now you charge 9.00/day? I asked why? Was told the airport took away some of your property. Parking lot was the same as it has been for years! Will not stay there again.

Should have stayed at Hilton garden Inn next door with indoor pool and restaurant.
Pros:

Close to the terminal, free shuttle to and from terminal and car rental plaza. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Interior dated, carpet rucked up, couldn’t wheel cases on it, only 1 lift working, pool empty and filthy, they said it closed on Labour Day, sorry that has been in that state for some time. This was NOT what I expected as a Hilton Honours guest from a Hilton property

Worth the money for its location
Pros:

Location .

Cons:

no place to sit outside and talk. The drinking fountains are outdated and don’t allow you to fill up your bottles of water. Let’s become the standard in the airport and just about every building around the rest of the world except for this location.

The staff at front desk. That it was close to airport

Cons:

We only stayed a few hours seeing we got in late and had to catch an early flight. We were on the 3rd floor an it smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallways. The bed was comfortable atill I moved on pillow and it smelled like sweat. I just took a shower so I knew it was not me or my husband. When I woke up, should say finally gave up and got up , the coffee machine didnt work. Had wrong piece for pod, would not fit. Not mention there was one regular coffee the rest was decaffeinated. Trying to make it work i had flipped the coffee pod behind desk, when i looked behind it , there were several other pods and trash back there. We waited for coffee till we got down in lobby to leave . We got 2 cups black and it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. For this being so close to the airport and for what I paid for one night it was not worth the value. The outside from what we could see at night looked nice. The inside of this hotel needs alot of love and remodel. The staff were wonderful that waited on us.

Pros:

Staff were so friendly and very helpful, bathroom and bedding was clean

Cons:

There was a huge leak in the window in my room, enough for the dripping to keep me awake. The carpets in both the hallways and the room were pretty disgusting.

Great place!
Pros:

Quiet room, excellent staff, easy shuttle on time

Cons:

When calling for shuttle from airport the phone line made it very hard to hear the staffer who was answering. She tried to speak louder but clearly the line has something wrong with it.

The price was fair. The rooms were clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and it was open at a time that was convenient. The location was good--it was very close to the airport.

Cons:

On the first night our room was by the elevator. On the second night they moved us to a different room.

Close proximity to airport great for late night arrival into Columbus
Pros:

Closeness to the airport - late arrival into Columbus so we opted to stay overnight before departing the following morning. Shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel was great.

I liked the location

Cons:

Couldn't even buy a bottle of water, there wasn't any water available at the little area where they sold items. Why aren't there vending machines? I didn't like the hand-held shower attachment.

It was okay, but won’t be staying there again.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and everyone was nice and helpful.

Cons:

We found several stains on towels and comforters. Roomed smelled of mildew. I understand that most people stay for the airport. We spent two nights there because it was close to things we were planning to do. We were also planning on spending a lot of time in the pool. The pool had a very green tint and my boys complained it felt “slimy”.
