Spacious clean nice atmosphere I enjoyed and will come again
I seen a few ants in one of the beds and in the bathroom
I can't remember her name, but the front desk clerk was amazing. She even gave me a hug after learning I was staying there because my husband was having prostate cancer surgery at john muir. I was a mess and her hug made it all better.
Location near multiple stores just across the streets, cleanliness, friendly receptionists.
Bed was poorly constructed. There was the end of a piece of wood jutting out from the bedside, covered by the fabric but with no foam or other protectin, where I hit my leg when sitting diwn on bed. Also, beds were too high.
The location as we only booked to stay here for the water park.
Breakfast wasn’t good, very greasy. Air con was so loud and it felt like it was shaking

Room needs more room cleaning, stains on bedding. Curtains need washing. Pool needs to be maintained better. Other than that it was good.
What's not to like? Professional and friendly staff. Restaurants were good. Clean room.
Nothing. It was centrally located with great staff and food. Rooms were very clean and affordable.
I took my two teens and a dog to go to hurricane harbor for a day. I think they would've loved it had it been a bit warmer, and also they're a bit older now so maybe better for smaller kids.
The hotel is great, clean, freindly staff, and very dog friendly. I have a large friendly dog and they never made a stink about that. They also didn't have the rule that you can't leave your dog in the room for an hour, which is nice so we could have breakfast and do a few things without him.
There is a walking path behind the hotel that gets a bit sketch at night, but it's good to have for the dogs. I would hope they would clean it up and make a more attractive fence. It's not the greatest view.
There's a large mall across the street that seems to be missing a coffee joint. Their 'wonderful breakfast' was okay, but microwave pancakes and eggs that had little flavor. It was super pricey too, and they made it appear that it was included in the room price, so not a nice surprise.
All in all though, if you're prepared for these things, it's a good deal and a nice pool/jacuzzi and gym connected. Also a bar in the lobby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful! Clean comfy rooms! Great location!
