L'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Alors les chambres faut rafraîchir tout ca, les lits encore plus petit que plus petit.
La salle de bain vraiment défraîchie et on voyait la salle de bain de la chambre a côté par la grille d'aération.

Nähe zum Zielort. Schöne Aussicht. Klassisches Hotel in Clear Lake. Wollte nach drei Jahren Entsendung die letzte Woche im Hilton verbringen. Während des "Look and see-Trip" vor drei Jahren war ich mit meiner Frau im Hilton untergebracht.

Cons:

Man merkt dem Hotel die letzten Monate an. Reparaturen und Renovierungen werden logischer Weise nicht mehr durchgeführt.

Should have been warned that the facility was closing end of month and many things weren't available

Cons:

Filthy pool. No staff seemed to care that my sisters room smelled of urine, due to closing this month, there were no rooms to move to. I sure hope she gets some credit back for the pee smelling "penthouse"!!

Pros:

Great location. Super nice staff at check in and on floors. Very pretty place.
Great waitstaff in restaurant

Pool was unfit to swim in…9 of us had packed swimsuits 🤷‍♀️
Appeared to be AC issues through out the lobby and restaurant area. It got quite uncomfortable by the time we finished breakfast.
Our room was very nice but the bathroom is so small you have to walk to the corner of this tiny room to close the door. It’s an accident waiting to happen .

Was not worth the money we paid…..at all.
Pros:

The location and view of water.

Cons:

A/C didn’t work properly and it was stuffy, smelled like urine, pool was cloudy and dirty, $24 breakfast was terrible, and every time we voiced concern about any of this, the response was “well, we are closing down for renovations in a month.” Nobody tried to make any of this better for customers there. Very very disappointing.

Cons:

I had a leak in my room. They moved me to another room which was also leaking. I stayed because it was late and I didn’t want to move again. I was still charged for using a bottle of water.

Great view and value, rooms could use some TLC.
Pros:

Great view and location, nice lounge area. Staff is extremely friendly.

Cons:

Needed some TLC in the rooms, lots of rust, shower clogged and smelled a little musty. Plus they charge you $9 each day for parking.

I really like pet-friendly hotels
Pros:

The hotel is really well located, close to the lake and NASA

Cons:

The lobby has clearly been renovated, but the rooms are really old. Especially the shower faucet is broken - the staff fixed it, but it's barely usable

What I didn’t like was the noise from the A/C above me in the ceiling & the four was too close to the tub. The shower knob was hard to pull on, I had to call someone to do it. There was no ice downstairs.

Totalmente decepcionante.
Pros:

Lo único que rescato es que el staff fue amable. Totalmente decepcionante para ser Hilton, cliente de la cadena varios años y esta estadía fue lo peor que me paso en mucho tiempo.

Cons:

Empezando por el tamaño del baño, demasiado pequeño, con perdidas desde el techo a la ducha, literal GOTERA DURANTE TODA LA NOCHE, la luz del baño estaba rota y parpadeaba, el secador de pelo tuve que pedir que lo cambiaran porque no funcionaba, el colchon estaba vencido y super incomodo, a las alfombras les hace falta una limpieza profunda ya que caminabas descalzo y te quedaban los pies o medias sucias. Notifique al personal de mis incomodidades, fueron muy amables pero no hubo solución ni cambio de habitación. El desayuno tenia muy pocas opciones y la mayoria poco accesibles, lograr que te hicieran un omellete era un tarea de 20 minutos.

My bff and I stayed for a couple of nights for my birthday and omg wow 10/10 experience!!! The staff were great and friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy. Would stay again for sure
