The hotel is generally ok, what you would expect from a Hilton. But there are several problems that should be considering that will be detailed below.
First of all, it does not make any sense for the property to charge to park your car within the property itself, especially in Florida where all real estate has huge parking lots. For foreigners like me, it is extremely difficult to access and register to the parking system and complete the payment, which is somehow confusing. Besides that, a hotel of this level should have at least a couple water bottles in the room, but there was only water available at the lobby on small plastic cups. The hotel crew is also not helpful or supportive with problems faced during the stay. We forgot a plastic bag in the room and even though I made several calls, i could not really get any support from the hotel besides instructing me to file a complain on a third party website and that was it. I never even got an answer about my lost stuff. I would not stay there again.
The location and the staff
1. We could not log onto the WiFi because our names had been entered wrongly
2. We could not contact reception to report the WiFi problem because the phone in the room didn’t work so I had to call off my cell
3. There was a hole in the bathroom door which had, had some sort of attempted repair which had then been painted over by it looks like a four year old.
4. There was no plug in the bathroom sink.
5. The flush on the toilet was hanging off
6. The bath tap was loose and coming away from the wall

Unfortunately, because I paid through a third party, I was not able to be compensated for my stay. However, I spoke with Honors Corporate and they will provide me with points because my stay there was horrible.
The room with the balcony and the main areas were great. The location was perfect.
The restaurant needs a MAJOR overhaul. ALL the seats were worn out and the laminate table tops were worn. The fabric under the plastic on the seats were showing and the buffet area needed cleaning and painting. The restaurant was warm. The buffet was DEFINITELY not worth the $25 each for powdered eggs. No taste even with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Well maintained.
Little inconveniences like no eating utensils in the pantry store. Our toilet backed up. Limited menu for dining in the bar area. No towels for the pool.

The location was very convenient, close to the airport and restaurants and shops.
The room was very old and worn out. A few things were broken. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't give us many information, even when asked. The carpet floor of the hotel wasn't very clean. The parking is very expensive, more than 25$ per night but you don't have an alternative to park. Parking should be included in the cost of the hotel.
Staff was very attentive and accommodating. I requested extra blankets for my daughter and within minutes they were knocking at our door with them!
