Staff was awesome as always!
Pros:

Airport access and staff.

Cons:

Room was not cold enough even after maintenance checked. Smelled mildew in our room and hallway. Believe due to ice maker leaking.

No recomendable
Pros:

El desayuno está bueno

Cons:

La insonorización de la habitaciones es mal, habitaciones muy viejas, el baño lamentable, la limpieza adecuada y en sí muy caótico y desordenado el hotel. La piscina es de decoración

Good
Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

The last day when I checked out all I wanted was a cup of coffee and a cup of milk for my daughter. They wanted to charge me $10 . Because I just check out to get my flight that was very weird.

Pros:

Loved being able to go to airport on your shuttle. In fact that was the only reason I chose your hotel. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful everything was inside! Every staff member I crossed paths with was pleasant and asked how my stay was going. Can't say enough good things about Doubletree by Hilton at Houston Hobby Airport!

Cons:

NOT A THING

Worst stay and experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The system was down I arrived at 3pm to check in I was told the system is down and I had to wait in the lobby. So I proceeded to wait until 5:45 pm and then it was announced we can cancel the stay and book elsewhere. There wasn’t any communication in between this time what’s so ever no compensation for my time wasted or anything not even an apology from anyone of your staff members. I booked another hotel at 5:50 pm
