Pros:

Super close to the airport and 24/7 shuttles

Cons:

AC doesn't work, I cooked during the night. The bathrooms are outdated and with rusty doors. The bathroom fan is very very loud and cannot be turned off on it's own.
Staff is probably waiting until their end of their shift comes, as there is little to no will to help

En general un hotel a la altura de la cadena Hilton pero pequeños detalles que bajan puntuación

Ubicación cercana al aeropuerto pero lejos de los puntos turísticos

Cons:

Habitación reservada para 4 adultos pero sólo había 3 juegos de toallas. Se solicito el juego adicional pero no lo entregaron en toda la estancia.
Precio de parking para clientes de hotel igual que para servicio de parking de aeropuerto. 67 EUR/día más tasas. A pesar de rechazarlo lo han cobrado, he abierto una reclamación

No breakfast included. Only scorching hot water was coming out. Phones in the rooms didn’t work. Front desk didn’t return my call about unsatisfied service

this will be a regular stop, just not done through booking.com
Pros:

Arrived late, Bistro was still open and service there was excellent; Check in was excellent, staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable

Cons:

Using booking.com was difficult; customer service comes from overseas and we were overcharged

Pros:

Nearby the airport so I can easily retrieve family member Diamond member too btw but we will choose a different Hilton next time.

Cons:

Was forced to valet claiming cars antenna was too big. Had to pay extra $100 for parking completely unnecessary in the past always self parked but was denied this time. Last time staying here.
