Cuando llegamos no estaba disponible la habitación que solicité, me ofrecieron una en otro hotel que no conocía y tenía que moverme de donde estaba, por lo que no aceptamos, nos ofrecieron una más baja pero estaba muy pequeña la cama para nosotros porque éramos 3, al final de cuentas nos dieron una superior por el mismo costo, resolvieron bien pero costó trabajo, no fue responsabilidad nuestra así que asumieron bien su culpa

What a pleasant surprise! Great little hotel in a Magdalena. Tasteful, clean, great location. Walking distance to the main square, cathedral and other restaurants. When we woke up, there was no water. Not a good start! But, it was not the hotel's fault. Valentin went out and bought us water so we could get going. The food in the restaurant was good. No door on bathroom! -would be easy to remedy. Absolutely will stay there again!!!

El lugar es muy bonito, le regalé a mis padres la estancia por lo que pasé antes de que ellos llegaran a liquidar la habitación y confirmar el tema del desayuno que estaba incluido me dijeron que si y así quedaron las cosas, de las sorpresas que nos llevamos fue que mis papás quisieron cenar en el restaurante a las 7 de la noche y en el hotel les comentaron que el chef se había tenido que ir de emergencia a otro hotel por lo que la cocina estaba cerrada, otro detalle que tuvimos es que al día siguiente se les quería cobrar el desayuno cuando ya habíamos confirmado 2 veces que estaba incluido, les pidieron a mis papás que les enseñaran la reserva, ellos me marcaron a mí y al final todo se solucionó pero si se arruinó esa parte de la idea que tenía de que fuera una estancia en donde ellos no se tuvieran que preocupar por nada.
