Viel Geld für eine heruntergekommene Unterkunft

Das Objekt ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und selbst wenn es gereinigt wird, bleibt ein schmuddelige Eindruck

Die Lage zum Strand ist gut

Das Personal spricht nur französisch und nicht wie angegeben englisch
Das Treppenhaus macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck , die Eingangstür lies sich nur schwer abschließen , die Ausstattung war alt, die Dusche extrem eng, alle Räume müßten einmal renoviert werden, damit es auch einen sauberen Eindruck machen kann ( für die Reinigungskräfte dürfte es schwierig sein, defekten Fussböden, abgeplatzten Elemente im Bad einen Sauberkeitsglanz zu verleihen )
Das Bett wurde wohl von einem Hund oder so angenagt und ich habe nicht gerne darin geschlafen bzw. meine eigene Bettwäsche und mitgebrachte Handtücher genutzt ….

Séjour parfait à deux pas de l'océan
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de l'océan et du centre-ville, tout peut se faire à pied ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est spacieux, très bien aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans un style épuré et moderne. La propreté est irréprochable, tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Il ne manque absolument rien pour passer un agréable séjour il y a tout l'électroménager disponible.La literie est très confortable et nous avons très bien dormi. Enfin les hôtes sont très chaleureux, accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !
