If it were not for my niece's wedding, I would have not stayed or keep the reservation.
Cons:

My check in experience was horrible. Individuals had nasty and condescending attitudes. I will not stay there again. Customer service training needs to be implemented better. No one should have to experience that.

2 Hispanic females working on Sunday Oct.18th at breakfast we're really sweet and helpful and attentive...I forgot their names but truly valuable assets to your brand...excellent service...

It was a great stay and I appreciated the shuttle that dropped us off for the concert and then pick.
Pros:

The beds and pillow were comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Cons:

I didn't like how the air conditioner turned off and on.....but maybe it only runs like that. It was loud, then quiet.
