Save Your Money!
Pros:

The room was not good at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. The chair in our room had snot on the side of it, the vents were disgusting beside out bed and it looks like it had something spilled all over it. When they do house keeping they kept blankets on the floor and did not even fully make the bed and did not even leave towels.

Terrible
Pros:

Nothing. Front staff refused to give my wife the room because i was not present. They Cancelled the reservation before i could hang up the phone.

The front desk lady was an absolute nightmare! She was extremely rude, and kicked me out forgot having a proper credit card to cover the 200$ deposit.

Pleasant got what I needed in my stay

Cons:

No hot food of any kind. Toaster was broken and the bread was stale. No fruit or yogurt. Juice was watered down tasting. All they had were fruit loops cereal

Great treatment by a great staff member
Pros:

My husband and I have stayed here several times but are check in tonight was very delightful, we had a front desk clerks name named Bev who explained everything to us including the specials at chicken restaurant. She told us of everything they offer and showed us where are room was. She went over and above explaining what the hotel had to offer. We have stayed at many hotels but never got the service we got tonight

Cons:

Found a bed bug and got moved rooms and got a small discount but I feel as though it should have been completely compensated as if it wouldn’t have been 9:30 at night with 2 kids I probably would have found a new hotel but that wasn’t feasible with 2 kids that late at night.
