Pros:

We love the location, very easy to get around the downtown area from the hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. This was our 2nd stay and very happy with both of our stays. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful/

Cons:

The breakfast options are only limited to buffet hot or continental breakfast no option to order individual item. I'm not a huge breakfast eater and $19.95USD for continental seems expensive..

Newly remodeled lobby and restaurants

Cons:

My bathroom is extremely small. Only 2 feet wide for the toilet. It was nicely remodeled

Brief stay but we will stay elsewhere next time in Anchorage
Pros:

Corner Room was spacious .

Cons:

Front Desk Staff was not pleasant . Overwhelmed I suppose by all the cruise ship folks and tours.
Room was not ready as promised .
Not a minute for late check out .
