The location is perfect. Downtown and located near restaurants and shops.

The location was great. A lovely continental breakfast, which is well catered for with staff and good food. The front desk staff are excellent, they are working overtime to manage the number of people coming through.

Cons:

There was no consistent room service to clean the room each day. I had to ring the front desk to ask for toilet paper when I arrived. When I asked front desk why my room had not been made up they said, did I ask for it.

Pros:

We love the location, very easy to get around the downtown area from the hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. This was our 2nd stay and very happy with both of our stays. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful/

Cons:

The breakfast options are only limited to buffet hot or continental breakfast no option to order individual item. I'm not a huge breakfast eater and $19.95USD for continental seems expensive..

Corner Room was spacious .

Cons:

Front Desk Staff was not pleasant . Overwhelmed I suppose by all the cruise ship folks and tours.
Room was not ready as promised .
