Loved the location for the price. At least the price that I signed up for. Seemed they decided to charge me differently on my bill. Over 100 dollars more. The food on the main departure floor was Very salty and over cooked. Service was slow. The quick line food and coffee shop was horribly over priced and I felt as though I was in an airport. Coffee was good. Husband got grilled on why he wasnt tipping. Tip a cashier??? We tipped the valet and the guy that brought the luggage up to the room. The first night I had trouble sleeping on the pillows. Requested a foam pillow. The pillow never came. Good thing I was to tired to care. A pool or hottub would of been nice. In the huge lobbys it was not like there was not room for one. Room was quiet and had a great view. Bed comfortable. Never did figure how to sign in on the app. Not easy. Next time we will bring drinks and snacks and become more familiar with the places to dine.

The breakfast wasn’t great
I made the reservation for my husband and his friend, but I was not staying at the hotel.
My friend lost his room key, and the hotel staff refused to give him a new one because the reservation was not under his name. As a result, he had to sleep on the floor in the hallway. The receptionist did know him, as this happened on their last night at the hotel. My husband was already asleep and did not hear my friend knocking on the door.
Also, I specifically booked a room with two beds, but they were given a room with only one bed. Since the room was for my husband and his friend, they had to share the bed. When I contacted the hotel about this, they said they could not do anything because the reservation had been made through Booking.com.
Finally, the hotel charged us a deposit even though I had selected the "pay at the property" option. I called the hotel, and they said they would refund the charge. I am hoping they do, since the charge is already showing on my credit card. They checked out today, so I am hoping to receive the refund within the next few days.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the problems with the room, the lack of assistance with the key, and the unexpected charge.
The experience with the elevator being broken was bad. The hotel has so many guests that it took a long time to use the alternative elevators.
Great location
Spent more per night than original budgeted for. Would really like to us my personal streaming on tvs. had 20 credit for food but was not used
