One for the books!
Pros:

An icon ! Everyone we encountered were helpful and willing to assist . The construction made it painful and everything was so different . Maybe having more areas for meetings and quiet time, there was a particular girl Marshel who went above and beyond to assist me with an emergency . Thank you again!

Hilton Beverly Hills is totally renovated
Pros:

The Hilton Beverly Hills has been totally REDONE. Now it is straight off wilshire boulevard. The Hotel is stunning. More modern than the Beverly Wilshire. Absolutely new in every way. The rooms are huge, newly decorated. Byredo products. The terrace looks at the whole city. Lovely areas throughout. It feel lavish. And the staff is over 5 stars, specially Hayadeh who has the customer service I have seen in only the highest rated places. Absolutely professional. As well as Princess. The Hilton Beverly Hils is the new jewel of this area. With great prices. Absolutely a must.

A $600/Night Nightmare: Ruined Vacation and Hidden Disclosures

I booked a stay at The Beverly Hilton expecting the premium, luxury experience the brand is known for. Instead, my vacation was completely ruined. At over $600 for a single night (FOR A NON IMPRESSIVE ROOM MAY I ADD), the conditions of this hotel were entirely unacceptable.

They hide a tiny disclaimer about "neighboring construction" in their policies, but that completely fails to represent the extreme severity of the disruption. The construction wasn't just "neighboring" it was directly outside my balcony, rendering the room practically uninhabitable.

Here is what you can actually expect if you stay here right now:

Deafening Late-Night Noise: There was loud banging and smashing right outside our room that relentlessly continued until 1:00 AM. It was completely impossible to sleep. A vague disclaimer does not excuse industrial noise in the middle of the night at a "luxury" hotel.

Noxious Fumes & Unusable Balcony: A strong, pervasive smell of burnt tar drifted directly into our room. Because of the toxic fumes and the immediate proximity of the work, we couldn't even step foot on our balcony on Friday evening.

Undisclosed Pool Closure: To top it all off, we arrived to find the pool was closed. This was never mentioned anywhere during the booking process, stripping away a major amenity we paid for.

Paying premium prices for late-night industrial noise, toxic fumes, and closed amenities is an absolute joke. I have contacted management for a full refund, but in the meantime, consider this a warning. Save your money and look elsewhere!

-المفرش لا يتبدل الا بطلبك.
-حجزت جناح مع شرفه و تم وضعي بشرفه مطله على أعمال بناء و حفر كان ذلك محبط ولم يتم ذكر ذلك بالموقع قبل الحجز بانه يوجد اعمال بناء بالقرب لما حجزت جناح ودفعت قيمه اكبر من اجل الشرفه.
-لا يوجد آله للقهوه او الشاي يجب عليك طلب ذلك غريب جداً.
-الماء يعطونك علبتين و يجب عليك ملء العلبه من جهاز بجانب المصعد -بنفسك كل يوم غريب جداً عن الفنادق بالدول الأخرى.
-إضطررت الى إستخدام مناشف معي للسفر للإستخدام مره وحده بسبب وجود بعض الوسخ على رداء الحمام الموجود بالخزانه.
السعر مرتفع وبدون إفطار و بدون خدمات إضافيه.
سجلت دخولي متأخراً على الساعه 11 p.m و اردت طلب طعام من الفندق أخبروني بأن كل شي مغلق الأن.
تم طلب كابتشينو للغرفه و عندما وصلني كانت رائحه الكوب غريبه و ليست جيده.

Pros:

This hotel is under major construction. There are limited services- no pool, no salon or spa, one small restaurant, no room service or in room coffee. Small gym in basement. The lobby feels unfinished. The Ubers had a tough time with the construction entrance.
Plus side is good Beverly Hills location and clean room. So only stay here if you have to be in Beverly Hills and have an amazing rate.
I look forward to seeing it when the construction is completed.

This was a very disappointing experience overall. The level of service did not meet even basic expectations for a hotel of this category and price range. The staff was consistently unresponsive and lacked professionalism, particularly in the restaurant, where service was slow, inattentive, and disorganized.

What was most concerning is that the management team appeared disengaged and ineffective in resolving issues. Requests were either ignored or handled without any real follow-through, which created a sense that guest concerns were not taken seriously.

Given the premium pricing, the quality of service and overall experience were far below what should be expected. There is a clear mismatch between price and value. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced.
