Rooms were too hot as was the whole hotel
On entering Copthorne Hotel you are met with a bright modern foyer, lady on reception was very helpful and polite,
We had booked a twin room with two double beds, the room again was bright and welcoming, nice large tv and usual coffee/tea and biscuits on hand..
Bathroom was huge, bath with shower, amazing water pressure from shower, very invigorating.
Bar and restaurant staff helpfully and very nice,
We had a Macaroni cheese and, Belly pork for dinner both very tasty.
Overall the Copthorne Hotel was bright and spotlessly clean, friendly staff and good value.
Have already recommended it and will stay again.
The only down side was no on site parking, but less than 50m across the road is a well lit multi-story carpark and We only paid £7 for overnight parking
central location was great room was spacious and well cleaned and the fridge was superb as i tend to bring extra milk and things for my daughter.
Sadly had a very noisy couple next door to us who were having an argument and kept banging doors and shouting which kept my daughter awake till the early hours, until i made them aware they were disturbing us.
The hotel is clean and fresh. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is in a great city centre location and the staff are very helpful.
There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the window only opens partially which meant it was hot at night. There was a fan in the cupboard though if you don't mind the noise and the draught it creates.
