Everything excellent, position, staff, facilities
Pros:

The area is good with a car park across the road and lots of good restaurants and wine bars in close vicinity.

Cons:

Our only problem was no air conditioning. There was a fan and a small window but it was too hot to get a decent sleep.

An excellent hotel, wonderful staff and facilities.
Pros:

Staff were efficient, polite and informative. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, all the facilities were excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful hotel rooms are spacious and clean has everything you need for nice trip away. Either business or pleasure

Cons:

They only have one small lift which can be a bit frustrating waiting to fit in 2 go up 1 floor because you cant use the stairs.

4th visit, they are doing something right
Pros:

Location, its in town next to a car park. The club room has great king size bed and I like that that TV connects to your phone. Would take club 100 times over as standard room double feels small. The free drink voucher was nice touch. Breakfast basic but fine. Late check out time is great.

Cons:

I think bathrooms could be updated. I dont like how the handle in shower is so wide it makes tough to stand under water. Should be narrower. Leads to water on floor. The blinds also could be more blackout. Minor points
