This property is extremely close to the airport and they do have a shuttle. Great for late arrivals and early morning departures. Bonus was it was family friendly and the rooms have a small kitchenette with dishes, micro, fridge and stove. Includes basic american breakfast, but he coffee was descent. I would stay here again if coming to San Diego.
Breakfast window needs to be a little longer.
Breakfast was okay, and I like the choices of waffles.
bagels needed to be softer.
The location to the airport was great and we found the hotel to be clean and friendly.
I miss not having a balcony.
We went whale watching that morning and needed someplace to store our luggage that day until check in. They were great at accommodating that and that left us free to explore about without luggage or a car. We used Lyft/Uber when needed. Great location by the bay and airport makes it so easy to get to get to and easy to use shuttle when it’s time to head home.
Their breakfast could use some help. I understand you run low on things and need to heat stuff up to bring out. But when we wait and wait then the gravy you bring out is still cold, that’s totally a you problem! They were also out of eggs, low on tators and the ones that were there were overcooked and dry. Another thing is that only one elevator was working.
Also was not a fan of how large the kitchen/desk center thingy was. It took up way too much of the room and made it feel very small.
Great location for the airport
Nothing
Separate locking bedroom from living area to work.
Carpeting. Almost impossible to drag our Tumi luggage across.
Convenient and close to everything. Loved the free breakfast, the kitchenette was super nice and has everything you need to cook meals. Laundry on site excellent.
The bay view is blocked by another hotel. The pool is sad. The dresser nightstands fall over if all three drawers are open. They should be secured to the wall. Someone could get seriously hurt if it falls over especially children. I work in Compliance for a living and I know you could get sued, and these products should be recalled. If the hotel isn't properly securing to the wall and the product has instructions to do so, the hotel is liable.

The distance to the airport is good. The shuttle is pretty good. Starts at five. Everyone was nice. The staff was good. The rooms have a refrigerator and stove spacious comfortable.
I’m not sure why the price is so high. The facilities look good in the lobby, but inside the elevator, hallways, and room, the carpets are kind of old. The facilities are somewhat worn out, not what I would expect for a place that charges $240 plus taxes. The cleaning staff miss minor details, like washcloths left behind and trash. Empty food wrappers are still on the floor, but it’s a quick stay.
So close to the marina and the naval base
The tv in our common area was not working. Also there was no way to know what time breakfast started
Todo bien
