Pros:

During my stay, it was great. Especially, $75.00 room credit each day, that was very good. I hope my next visit, they will have $75.00 room credit promotion again.

Cons:

My room was too classic. The room was so big, but there was no table or chair. There was a classic large sofa, but it was not comfortable. I should took an opportunity upgrade room. Next visit I will not miss that offer again.

Cons:

First night of four, refrigerator didn’t work properly resulting in my food spoiling, air conditioner wasn’t cooling to proper temperature, and several electrical outlets did not work.

Terrible
Pros:

I was very disappointing my stay here. I was celebrating my 47th birthday and the customer service was horrible and I don’t know if it was because my booking was through a third-party, but I just was utterly disappointed.

Cons:

I didn’t like a lot about the place the fact that I was charged for everything and I wasn’t given anything as complementary I was also overcharged $50 at Benihana’s and I wasn’t able to speak to anyone because the Westgate said they’re not associated with Benihana’s so overall this is a horrible vacation for me
