Room needed a deep clean, refrigerator in the room was leakin water and when I arrived we waited in line to check in for 30+minute's.

Constantly stopped by staff asking if we received our free Westgate gifts and as soon as they realized we booked through booking they suddenly were “booked” and didn’t have any more gifts but continued to stop us multiple times each day throughout our stay. Half of elevators out of service, housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English,
- Proximity to lvcc.
- Housekeepers super friendly and accommodating.
- Beds were clean and comfy.
- Hotel was not clear on resort fees. Still trying to figure out if booking.com's price includes it or not. Hanging charges thst im unclear what I will get back.
- FAQ says parking is free when it clearly was not. Contacted the front desk from the room and was told it was $10/day.
- Staff guest services desk were not knowledgeable about how to get to west hall nor skybridge. Walked around for awhile to figure this out. Most staff wanted to say the shortest thing to get you to move along.
- On check out they could not print a receipt so they gave me a blank invoice instead saying there were no additional charges. I thought this was just going to be a print out of the total stay but was just an invoice with literally nothing on it. Super unhelpful. Did not press since the lady wanted us to go away.
- A/C was never strong enough to cool the room down to desired temperature. Weak.
The convenience to the monorail. The staff was wonderful, clean rooms, and great amenities.
Thre tv did not work properly. The channels kept freezing, and rooms needed a microwave .

Mold in shower, front desk know that there where no cart at the fat end of resort, went to bellies and they told me I would have to drive back around then they could help. The non-concern of the employees was way to much. Very poor make up mirror did not work, brown stuff came up through the tub drain, bathroom sink did not drain.
