Es war ein perfekter Wohlfühl Aufenthalt in ihrem Hause
Pros:

Zimmer - Geräumig, hell, Balkon großzügig, Bad neu
Lage - direkter Blick vom Zimmer/Balkon auf den See und Fährbetrieb, mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung
Frühstück - sehr großzügiges variables Angebot, vorzüglicher Service
Zimmerservice - Tägliche Reinigung und frische Handtücher

Cons:

Zimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt

Lage ist super.
Retro-Charme gefällt mir auch.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war um 15 Uhr nicht bereit, beim Check-In wurde mir das nicht gesagt und erst oben musste ich feststellen, dass es noch nicht gemacht worden ist. Dafür wurde mir ein Kaffee spendiert, das war wunderbar.
Die Rezeption war nicht so freundlich und erzählte von Dingen, die in letzter Zeit nicht funktioniert haben…

Schöne Lage am See, mit dem Fahrrad Ausflüge nach Konstanz Stadt und Insel Mainau gut möglich.

Cons:

Sehr weiche, für mich unbequeme Betten. Ringhörigkeit.

Proximité avec le ferry

Cons:

Très mal isolé (on entend tout , claquement. De porte, personnes qui parlent, le matin à partir de 7:30 les camions de livraison…)

Unkomplizierter freundlicher Service an der Reception.

Cons:

Tisch zum Nachtessen als Gast nicht gesichert ohne voherige Buchung, am besten zusammen mit der Zimmer-Buchung!
Relativ ringhöriges Haus.

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Everything was great. Quiet, clean hotel with beautiful marina view and small balcony. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was limited to a few cars next to the hotel. Other parking is located on public side streets. A list of the streets is given at check-in. There is no place for parking and that's the way it is for most hotels in the area.

Cons:

Betten sehr weich. Leider hatte der vorherige Gast im Zimmer die Mechanik der Balkontüre komplett zerstört, was beim Putzen und vorbereiten des ZImmers nicht aufgefallen war.
Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns dann in der Nacht noch geholfen, die Tür zu öffnen, da sonst an Schlaf nicht zu denken gewsesn wäre.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. ÖV direkt daneben. Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, alles was man sich wünscht.

Cons:

Dass man für Hotelgäste keinen Rabatt erhält beim öffentlichen Parkplatz. Vor dem Hotel hat es nur sehr wenige Parkplätze.
