Keira and all team members did an excellent job. Indeed, the breakfast team put hospitable in the word hospitality.

What a great stay! The location is great and central to the french quarter, and also the Convention Center!

We went to Public Belt Bar for a little meet up, but didn't realize they didn't open until 5pm. Zeke was kind enough to open the bar at 4:00 instead to accommodate the misstep, we greatly appreciate it!

The cocktails were incredible, the wine was delicious, and Zeke and Alex were extremely attentive, and patient.

I will be sure to stay here every time I visit!

Location was great but the staff were amazing. It’s an old hotel so I had some maintenance issues—-but Mr. Harold was quick to respond, very polite and thorough with his assessment and repair. Beth at the concierge desk fielded questions from me all week with patience, knowledge, and a smile. Great customer service all around but those two really stuck out.

Breakfast was great. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive ($32 per person). The room was comfortable and the view was excellent. The staff was exceptional.

The hotel is a prime location. I experienced excellent customer service from all the employees but Jarred and Pierre were exceptional!! They both took time out to listen and accommodate each of my questions. The recommendations were on point ‼️😄🎼 🥘

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and well-kept. The cost was perfectly in my price range and I could have easily stayed longer. I will definitely book again!!!❤️

I want to publicly thank Ms. Shawonda Price, Hilton Riverside, New Orleans, for an amazing customer service experience, which occurred prior to my trip! I called with a “big” problem regarding my upcoming reservation and expressed my dilemma to Shawonda, feeling very perplexed about the situation. This kind, well-spoken young lady immediately made me feel at ease and went to work to fix the issues. She listened to my needs patiently, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, calmly staying on the phone with me to make certain I understood everything, before hanging up. I have been a Hilton honors member for over 30 years and have never encountered anyone as caring and compassionate. Shawonda is the epitome of what customer service should be, and would be a great ambassador for others! She is truly an asset for your company!

From the moment I arrived, Deajah was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made the check in process seamless while ensuring I felt valued as a guest. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help immediately stood out when I asked about the amenities, i love pickleball so that along with her professionalism made a lasting impression.
Also, Deajah has a fun, goofy sense of humor that was incredibly refreshing after a long day of travel.

My stay is until Saturday but because of my interaction with Daejah I plan on extending it for 8 more days but ima take it one day at a time lol. Thank you, Deajah, for making me feel welcomed.

The buffet breakfast is exceptional! Our server, Terilynn, epitomizes the high standard of excellence the Hilton corporation is known for in its industry. Terilynn was politely, professional, and attentive. She provided a wonderful dining experience.

The folks at Le Croissant are truly a special bunch. Marnie was our helper and was so courteous and quick with helping pick up extra plates and making sure we had what we needed with an ever growing table of colleagues joining us. Pamela, the chef at the omelette station was a true gem and ensured me they were all made with love (trust me, they were). 10/10 loved it all!
