Parking could be better
River side room was exceptional! Quiet and spacious! We stated during the Tall Ships Festival. Although we didn't have a view of the ships because they were docked too far, we had a serene view of the Mississippi River.
The directions to the room from the check in desk were inadequate, but we were able to navigate around the construction and find our way.
My stay at the Hilton Riverside has been great. The room is nicely decorated and appears to have been recently renovated. My room has a great view of the river. I don’t always love staying in such large hotels, but the Hilton Riverside is consistently one that is nice and easy to get in and out of. The staff have all been great, especially Derick O. Who brought all my luggage and boxes for the conference to my room.
Hotel was clear and well maintained- the service at the junction was quick and coffee was solid. Melissa at the front desk was so helpful and patient with a credit card authorization snafu and Christina was so helpful as well!
Breakfast at le croissant! Terilynn was amazing and the food was delicious
PRO- Every staff person was fantastic. Jarred and Arnell were incredibly helpful.

Jarrod was wonderful I needed a few items and he got me help within minutes. There has been wonderful people thought out this hotel. Definitely coming back here and also signed up with the Hiiton honors program as well.
Close to some amazing attractions
The shower was set up wrong and had a little mildew in the corners that I cleaned myself. I suggest to take a spray bottle of Clorox and have the cleaning crew spray the shower down with every cleaning

The hotel experience was amazing. The food was great. Check in and checkout process was very fast. All the employees were very friendly.
The Hilton was so nice!!! We came here for a girls trip weekend getaway and the staff was excellent! From the front desk, to the bartender, we will definitely return!

What a great stay! The location is great and central to the french quarter, and also the Convention Center!
We went to Public Belt Bar for a little meet up, but didn't realize they didn't open until 5pm. Zeke was kind enough to open the bar at 4:00 instead to accommodate the misstep, we greatly appreciate it!
The cocktails were incredible, the wine was delicious, and Zeke and Alex were extremely attentive, and patient.
I will be sure to stay here every time I visit!
