Hilton New Orleans Riverside

Room was clean and accomodations were nice.

Cecelia was great sharing the Hilton Grand Resort opportunity with my husband, who is usually very skeptical, but she explained it in detail and answered all of his questions. Melissa at the front desk took great care of my problem at check in with my travel agent. The concierge helped us get the perfect tour for our 35th wedding anniversary. The facilities are clean, room is spacious and bed is comfortable!

I stayed at the hotel for a conference and had a great experience. The hotel is older but is very well maintained and really clean. The employees were very warm and welcoming. Housekeeping service was done daily which is nice. The grab and go market had many great options. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet at Le Croissant. The number of choices was amazing and exceeded what I usually expect even on the most expensive buffets. Everything I tried was excellent and the service was top notch. Made to order omelet, grits and oatmeal, 3 sausage options and bacon, biscuits, honey butter croissants (the best!) gluten free and vegan options available and the list goes on. Really impressive. I would choose the Hilton Riverside again for sure!

Our stay at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was immaculately kept, the location was perfect with convenient access to the Convention Center, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and very helpful.
One team member, however, truly made our stay unforgettable, and that would be Khira. From our very first breakfast, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took the time to get to know our family, remembered our preferences, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Her genuine warmth, kindness, and personable nature made each morning something to look forward to.
My son especially loved seeing his "friend" Khira every morning, which speaks volumes about the positive impression she made on our family. It's rare to meet someone who so naturally creates such a welcoming and memorable experience. Because of her outstanding hospitality, our stay was even more special.

Location and speed of elevators was fantastic. The streetcar stops right outside by Drago’s. It was difficult, however, to reach the front desk or restaurants by room phone or by cell phone. At times, no one would pick up. The pillows collapsed upon touching them, and I had to use the call button to get out of the parking garage because there was nothing built into the app to get out. The biggest challenge was that a guest experienced severe allergies in the room. We had to leave early after several days of severe sneezing and eye watering.

Khira made every breakfast at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans an exceptional experience. From the moment we were seated each morning, she greeted us with a genuine smile, remembered our preferences, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.

Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept everything running smoothly despite a busy restaurant, and consistently provided service with kindness and enthusiasm. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction.

Excellent service can make a good trip unforgettable, and Khira did exactly that. She was one of the highlights of our stay, and we genuinely looked forward to seeing her each morning. Hilton Riverside is fortunate to have someone of her caliber representing the hotel. Thank you, Khira, for making our mornings so enjoyable. You are truly an asset to your team, and we hope to see you again on our next visit to New Orleans!

Almost finished with the buffet breakfast at Le Croissant at the Hilton. My server, Judith, and the entire morning staff was attentive, friendly, gracious and accommodating. What a blessing to be able to relax, get what I wanted at the buffet, but still receive a level of excellent service. Thank you!

Good location and nice restaurant

I liked that valet parking was properly staffed and it did not take long to retrieve car when we went out. I enjoyed the riverview room.
