The best Kyoto Accomodation we have ever stayed in!
Pros:

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone coming to Kyoto! We were all brought to tears by the lovely workers who even upgraded us to the best room! Genuinely have never had such great hospitality and service ever at a hotel like this one here! The room was very perfectly sized for a group, had great aircon and a big bathroom!! Also had a very nice rooftop area you could use at any time! 100% coming back here on our next kyoto visit!

Pros:

Wow. Hotel room in "zen style" - you can really relax. Staff very firendly. Parking around so easy to travel by car. Kimono rental possible for free for guests - nice adventure. Perfect place in Kyoto.

מלון נעים ונוח בקרבת תחנת קיוטו
Pros:

מלון מאוד נעים, עם לובי כייפי שאפשר גם להכין בו קפה בבוקר ולבשל אם רוצים. החדר נקי ונעים. 7 דקות הליכה מתחנת קיוטו.

Cons:

החדר היה קצת קטן ל5 אנשים ומזוודות

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Établissement au top.
A 5 min de la gare, très pratique pour toutes les sorties.
Logement très propre et confortable.

スタッフの方々が親切に対応してくださり、安心して過ごせました。ロビーにキッチンがあり、トースターやレンジが自由に使え、コーヒーやお茶を飲みながらくつろげるのも良かったです。

Cons:

自家用車での移動だったため、駐車場の確保が難しい。(運良く駐車場を使わせていただけましたが…) 駐車スペースの確保が確実で、もう少し長い期間の滞在だったらもっと満喫できたと思います。

泊まって良かったです♪
Pros:

お部屋に、タオルの用意はあると聞いていたけど、
フロント付近に、タオルや、浴衣の予備があり、自由に持って行って良いのがとても助かりました。

部屋に扇風機があったのも、とても助かりました！！

行くまでに、メールのやり取りがスムーズで、色々助かりました。

Cons:

メールで、ガウンはありますか？の質問に、
『無い』との事でしたが、
ガウンの代わりに『浴衣がある』という事を伝えてくれたら、寝る時に着る服をわざわざ持って行かなくて済んだのにな。と思いました。

直前に決めたけどとても良かったです。
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧で、笑顔での対応がとても気持ちよかったです。
場所も駅も近く、食べるお店もたくさんあり、少し歩けばコンビニもあるのでとても便利でした。

Cons:

洗面所の内側の扉の上の方にホコリが目立ちました。
普段扉を開けて清掃していると気が付かない場所なので、時々確認するともっといいと思いました。
あと、浴槽とバスチェアの水垢？ザラザラ感も気になりました。座面がザラついているとちょっと使いたくなくなっちゃうので拭いてくださるとありがたいです。

Top, équipe hyper agréable et on a vraiment l’impression de vivre comme des japonais avec kimono à disposition, tatami, futon etc… proximité gare et métro..
