Smooth check in and checkout. Wish water pressure and shower head allows faster rinse off and softer sheets would sum up

Pros:

Great service and very welcoming. Eddie assisted with the luggage and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying in this Hilton location.

OK but would not stay here again
Pros:

Nice lobby and gym. Friendly staff

Cons:

Rooms are on the smaller side. I tried to change the date but they were unresponsive to Booking.com. I will be back in Pasadena in June and was planning to stay here for a few days but now I’ll find alternative option.

Wonderful stay and great room service!
Pros:

Wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Wonderful service from the Zoe at front desk checking in to the servers in the restaurant and finally to Rosie from room service who took my order and delivered my meal quickly with a wonderful smile. Thank you Rosie 😊
