The convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the facility, I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Great staff. Great location. Clean but small room. Elevators were surprisingly quick so no long waits. Valet parking was great-convenient and easy. Easy walk to Ball parks (PNC and Acrisure). Plenty of restaurants close by. Point State Park and river walks right there.

Cons:

Dining in Wyndham was not available due to water issues. Snack area was ok but snacks ran on the high side cost wise (for example, a charcuterie pack and a drink cost as much as my meal at SlyFox).

Rooms could be updated for sure. Worth the view but room sucks
Pros:

It was beautiful and very clean!

Cons:

There was no microwave in the rooms and we were supposed to get two queen beds and we got two full size beds.

Great place and location!! Needs updates.
Pros:

Overall the property was great!!! Room was a good size, good amenities.

Cons:

Not enough Valet parking for staying customers, Restroom was out dated and cramped. Tile fell off the wall when we walked in.

Just what I needed.
Pros:

The view was beautiful, the hotel location was perfect for what I needed it for and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The bed couldve had more support, the bathroom lighting was rusted and it seemed like overall the room could use some upgrades. But overall it was nice.
