Great view great location responsive staff
It was a great location for downtown access. It was an older property so the rooms were large and there was a full restaurant and bar
Being an older property, it was VERY tired. Wrinkled carpets, “smears” on the walls. Also housekeeping only came every 3 days! And they didn’t provide extra towels, coffee etc
I wish there was a microwave in the room or at least near the ice machine. We stayed on the 8th floor, and it was very inconvenient to go down to the main floor to heat up food.
I loved how close it was to everything and the view and how clean it was
I would say the no parking which I didn’t really look at before but there were plenty of garages near it.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming
The elevators were overcrowded with teens competing in a tournament. There was a huge line to go up, and no one directing traffic to help older people get to their floors faster.

Rooms not totally clean. Very dust, old rusted lamps, grungy showers, mirrors not clean. They only clean the room you’re in every 3 days! It shows!

The restaurant inside was tops ! I loved the service I got and food was really great .
Idk if there was an overwhelming number of concert goers but it may not be ready for a huge turnout. I didn’t like where my room was … but the concert was great !
