This hotel is beautiful. However, by far one of the worst experiences with a Hilton property. From the lack of service at the front desk to overselling Valet Parking, this hotel's management needs a wake up call. As a noted above, the secured parking which we paid $59.00 for was oversold. We were given the option to self park (no refund offered) but with two recent break in's that didn't seem like a good choice since we had three sets of golf clubs and carts in the vehicle. The solution the valet came up with was to park our car at the front entrance all night since they had no other place to put it.
The next morning, my family entered the dining room to have breakfast and every table was dirty. When the waitstaff approached and encouraged us to take a seat we commented that all the tables were dirty. The lady replied "I know, I can't keep up and I just can't take this anymore" and walked away. The manager on duty's response was "I'm sorry that happened". Didn't try to get the dining room cleaned up so we could eat, didn't offer anything but a rather lame apology and moved on to "helping" the next guest.
I did call the hotel later and they refunded our valet parking charge which was the right thing to do since we didn't receive that service.
One other positive, the rooms were clean and well furnished. The bathrooms were modern and lovely.
Nice staff. Very responsive.
Not a fan of the flower smell in the lobby but other than. Great hotel
The location was conveniently located in downtown Portland.
The room smelled dirty and was not deodorized. There was a cotton ball on the floor upon our arrival.
The system for parking was not clear.
There was some kind of smell

Things closed early and breakfast ended a little early.
Rodrigo was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Great customer service!
I like the lobby, wide open, with the bar and restaurant. The gym is large/comfortable I had a great time, I got up to the 23rd , the panoramic view, spectacular.
Windows are too small, on a nice day I like the fresh air coming in.
Great location
The property is so clean and the staff are so nice.
I wish the market was open late
