Location was perfect.
Nothing.
The indoor hygiene was poor. towels were not changed daily and after staying for 13 days. The bed sheets were only changed once.
Accomodated an early check in and late departure
Sink is tiny in the bathroom
Si vuelvo a San Francisco elegiré otra zona.

Todo me gustó.
The hotel was lovely with impressive views of San Francisco and the Bay. We found it an easy walk to Oracle Park and the Ferry Building/Embarcadero and the cable car pick up was just 2 blocks away for a fun journey to Fisherman’s Wharf. Abdullah Q. at the front desk was the best! He really helped to make our stay special!
Location, the view, the bar at the top of the hotel
Pretty small room, and the balcony was a bit scary actually :-)

Very luxurious place with three different towers for rooms and a large lobby with 24 hour dining. The sky bar was overrated as it wasn’t an actual rooftop bar, more like an enclosed room where you couldn’t see out the floor to ceiling windows. The promised celestial artwork was barely there and the prices were insane for everything compared to everywhere else in san francisco. The 24 hour dining had run out of a lot of hot food and one shot of cheap tequila was $27. Also can hear the elevator running all day and night from our room on the 22nd floor out of 23 floors in the second tower.
