I like the Hilton… the staff is great and it’s convenient.
Pros:

I have a yearly appointment with a specialist at Davies Medical Center. Very easy to get there from the Hilton.

Cons:

I wish Market Street would be reopened and the triangle cleaned up. I don’t have the answers to the drug and homeless problems but…..

Pros:

Everything was near. Did not have to walk to far to get where we needed to go. The staff went above and beyond when my kid left her swimsuit and dress in the room after checkout.

Pros:

When we visit SF our go to stay is The Hilton Union Square. As always, the facilities and location is great.

Cons:

We opted for the junior suite this time and were surprised to find them on the lower levels and in a "not so" scenic area of the hotel.
