No ice, hotel smelled like weed, amenities were missing.
The room was very comfortable
Close to the airport. Enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Spencer’s restaurant was great. The garden behind the lobby had comfortable seating and nice landscaping.
The pool looks like it needs to be resurfaced. It appears they are working to bring back the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The shuttle service, the gentleman who assisted was good and friendly. The check-in was smooth and friendly and the room clean and comfortable

room was comfortable, hotel shuttle was convenient, the one meal at Spencer's Restaurant was very good
Staff generally seemed rather aloof, except for the shuttle drivers. In our one experience for an evening meal at the restaurant, the greeter seemed distant and cold, our server seemed put upon that we didn't order a big meal (we'd already had a large mid-afternoon meal, so just wanted a light evening supper), and the registration person seemed impatient with our questions. I think we'll check elsewhere next time.
Shower did not get hot enough. Breakfast buffet was $30 pp!

Gross rooms, dead flys in corners, mold on bathroom ceilings and walls, popcorn ceilings haven’t been cleaned in decades, dust and dead flys everywhere.

Scott was amazing help last night when we arrived. Picked us up with accessible van, changed our room to easier to access location due to all the equipment we had to transport and made sure we had extra blankets/
